Separate political cc is not possible. Otherwise there will be no need of Current affairs forum.

Some of these older topics are therapeutic, but also very scary, especially one mod stalking another mod all over the internet.

I guess the whole idea of posting here is that it is a familiar space, people visit Bollywood forum and they'd be more likely to join a discussion here rather than going to some dead forum. When members are saying that they'll increase activity here, then there's no point of forcing them to some other forum and decreasing the revenue one might get from engagement.

They post on Bollywood forum or current affairs forum, it shouldn't make any difference to admins.

Moderators can make sure that all political discussions are limited to one thread and anyone discussing politics outside of the particular thread will get a warning

I don't think mods will be in favour of this. They created the current affairs forum so that all political discussion happens in one place. Before that every post related to politics was moved to debate mansion. They never tolerated political discussion here.

No one here acts as adults. In the past any political post has taken on the format of hate speech to the extreme of death threats for the members here. Hence it is fully banned.

I'm there in the Current Affairs forum and I don't see any bias. Rules are applied fairly to all. If you have a concern you can take it up with us in PM which is where mod work is discussed. We are not going to openly discuss issues you may have been with a post staying nor will we discuss in PM what action is taken against others.
