He was pretty loud and clear he doesn't care how his mom treats Sahiba and he agrees with his mom Sahiba is the reason for all his pain and hospital trips but he can't let her get kidnapped (I will read between the lines and guess that he doesn't want another hospital trip so he asked her to accompany him, a valid reason, no one wants to get shot)

If he did not loudly tell Jassi that he doesn't fear Manveers treatment of Sahiba and say after Manveers speech that she gives him lot of takleef then I would not believe so.
He clearly asserted Manveers words at the end and rejected Jassis words. He spoke , had he stayed silent it would be open to interpretation.
Feelings can change over time. He might have thought she isn't to blame once, but today he clearly validated Manveers words , the only thing he did not validate is he won't take Sahiba with him.
It is called interpretation at face value. There were no monologues or expressions to suggest otherwise.

He made his stand clear , he believes she is the reason behind his hospital trips (one he clearly caused) and his takleef. Now it is obviously Sahibas fault she doesn't take his clear cut words at face value and leave when his words don't suggest otherwise.
None of this is new or shocking behavior (to me). He has always been like this, Sahiba's transition was gradual but you could see it coming 150 episodes back.
