I think if they actually had a closed door convo without interruption Sahiba would divulge her issues. she almost has several times. she has multiple times even after leaving home mentioned Seerat and her closeness to Angad being bothersome to her. In the infamous sandwich scene on the road, in the angad prize ceremony, in the exhibition and even after returning briefly during Romi kaand - room redocro etc.- she made it clear she still thinks he likes Seerat and thats why she left even though she didnt mention proposal. but Angad keeps calling it veham even though the actions prove otherwise. why else is he taking Seerat as +1, letting her speak on his behalf and to his wife rudely and letting her into his room and redecorating it.
Sahiba clamps down when brars scrutinize publicly her relationship with Angad. And if Sahiba is being too sidesteppy by talking about Angads health, Angad does the same by focusing on Sahibas "safety" . he is not direct either. even if he thinks Sahiba is having veham about his closeness to Seerat, if he genuinely loves Sahiba he can keep Seerat away for Sahibas sake, for her to feel secure. its not like Seerat is anaath with no one else to look after her. but Angad places his self imposed responsibility towards Seerat over all else even though Sahiba has been right about Seerats intentions and behavior.

Mereko lag raha Manveer ne bola hoga Angad ko Sahiba divorce papers sign kar li. Angad went to confront and he was again talking to Seerat and phir Seerat bhaag rahi to not answer aur Sahiba dekhlegi kuchh cringe and blurt somethings out , tab Angad ki batti jalegi.
