I liked it too. I am a sucker for female friendship and bond and this looks like more about sania and sajal's characters bonding and becoming close to each other than wahaj and sajal's love story.

Exactly.

The original title of this was Saas Bahu. And I wish they had kept it. Saas Bahu dramas are condescended to and meant to indicate regressive, mindless, low-brow content. But in this show, they would have subverted that trope and shown that a Saas Bahu narrative can also be progressive, smart and high brow.

BeeGul writes female-centric stories so I'm fairly confident that this show is going to be Sajal-centric - it will be her story, her journey and her growth. Sania-Sajal dynamic will be a crucial part of Sajal journey. Sajal-Wahaj relationship will have a track but it is not going to be the main focus. I even doubt Sajal-Wahaj end up together in this story.

I think there will be some connection with the pink shirt in the story and that's why they changed the name. Also I guess they took an English name since it's been shown on festivals. Saas Bahu will be translated to mother in law, daughter in law in English and thats a terrible name .

I also think wahaj and sajal won't end up together. Maybe an open ending which indicates they end up together in the future or sajal's character moving on from everything and starting fresh without her ex and wahaj in the picture.

I think sania saeed and the neighbor have more chances of ending up together.

This definitely looks like an entirely sajal centric series. Every character revolves around her. Her ex, her neighbour, her mil, her fling or date. Seeing how wahaj's fiance is not at all shown in the trailer she might hardly have 3-4 scenes in the 8 episode series. I guess she is the one who threw juice at sajal which was meant for wahaj.

Kasif nizar is capable of making someone as new as sabreena act like a pro. If he gets sajal, he is gonna bring out the best of her capabilities. Sajal as sassi was a treat.

Now I want a kasif nizar and Billu darling reunion. He was very early on his career and raw when he worked with kasif nizar. Now he has improved tremendously and this director-actor combo will be a treat. I would love to see an onrangreza reunion with the three of them.

Farooq rind basically throws light directing into the face of the actors to make them glow. It's getting very repetition and boring.

Somone on reddit made a post saying sajal is vacationing in turkey with shehzad roy but she was in turkey to shoot a movie with him and mehwish hayat was also there. That person who posted it had a history of trash talking about pak actresses and the only two people he/she praises are ahad and ramsha. So you can add 1+1 and guess how the rumours started .

Sajal seems to be close friends with shehzad and likes most of his tweets and posts regarding his ngo works. Then shehzad posted a pic of himself with a hand on his face with a caption who is this external force. The hand was of sajal's. That happened a week or two after the reddit post and then people started talking more.

I didn't know the guy as usual. So I searched him online and didn't like him😶‍🌫️ no offence to anyone
