You don't have to be on their bad side, they'll treat you like dirt unless you are their favorite. If an actor is their favorite they go all out to include him in the story. Only chaplusi is rewarded not handwork

Something along those lines that harshad didnt liked the way his character was shaping with rs didnt like interfering

RS treated the whole cast wrong. So arch of characters, they flipped left right and center

I observed another thing, she gives them opportunities in her other shows too! most of the actors from Ekta's shows repeat in her other shows even when they leave on a bad note.

for RS none of them were shown in his other shows.
