Utkarsh can’t believe this is same kid from Lil champs. What a growth he had since last 6 years. Iam with altgr and momma too others were good too but I love these three Utkarsh, Piyush and Mahima the most. About Anjana I really hope in upcoming weeks they will give her other genres songs too. She was so good as a kid and I think she sang almost every kind of songs in IIJ.

Glad to see Shreya back on the show! I hope she had fun on her tour, I went to the Chicago show and it was awesome! I hope they have Shreya sing a song in every episode!

Loved the episodes! Hard to pick a fave (I say this every season lol but this season is truly great)

Last year Utkarsh won a marathi singing show "sur nava dhyas nava" on Colors marathi.

Yes I got to know after doing some stalking on him since I liked his both auditions performance. I don’t understand marathi so what did the judges said here.

Both the judges praised Utkarsh.The first judge Mahesh Kale,who is a renowned classical singer, said that classical singing is his forte and Utkarsh should concentrate more on traditional(classical based) singing.Second judge Avadhut Gupte, who is a music director and singer, said that Utkarsh's performance was touched by divinity...he sang beyond his age ...like some ustad.

I was very happy to see abhijit sawant

I still watch some clips of season 1,2 and fame gurukul whenever i get time. Those were golden days of Reality shows. And in this many years,i went to many abhijit sawant live show,or weddings where he performed and find him same simple and polite as season 1.

Hope to see our very own old contestants more from season 1 and others.

My sentiments are pretty much the same as Ibun Hatela. The most disappointing performance yesterday was Anjana's. I understand that the mentors are giving her songs to showcase her vocal range and that's fine but is it necessary to show that every time? We have already seen it in the auditions. Why did they had to give her Muqabla of all songs? Her low notes were so shrill that you couldn't even listen to the lyrics because she closes her mouth and sings them. There's no doubt that she has fantastic vocal range but what's the point if it's affecting the whole performance in totality? And the saddest part is she is capable of so much more in reality. She also does Carnatic music and very good at that

Why isn't the team tapping on that aspect of Anjana and positioning her as a rockstar all of a sudden? Even when she was a kid, her strongest point was semi classical because of which she won the show.

On the other hand Mahima and Piyush were fantastic! Piyush ne toh dil jeet liya mera. Rooting for him a lot now. I think it will still take some time for me to like Gayatri 's voice. It's a voice texture that I don't think goes with all types of songs but lets see. Overall a good opening episode. The stage looks wonderful and so dreamy!
