Today's episode foreshadowes how Katha's senseless planning and plotting to keep Aarav and Viaan away are going to brutally bite her in the a*s big time. Man proposes, god disposes. Duniya gol hai aur aap kab tak bhagengi sachh se katha ji. Everyone's closing in on her secret, and pretty soon she'll have to face the music of her actions.
That guy (Pranav...?) gave her a stinging reality check, but katha wouldn't know sense if it smacked her in the head. You can't wear a guy's engagement ring, but you're jumping at the earliest chance to get married to him. She infuriated me so much in today's episode. Dishonesty in both her relationships-past, present and future. But all these sensible arguments are futile against her self-righteousness. Stubborn and egotistical to the end, as always.
What is absolutely galling is how she is avoiding Viaan. Or more accurately ghosting him. You've chosen a path, and you're determined to walk it no matter the consequences. You've decided to move on in life with another man. Then, why not extend the same courtesy to the other party? Give him closure so he can decide to move forward in his life too. Tell him in no uncertain terms that you're marrying someone else, and that there were no chances of reconciliation, so sooner or later he can finally let go of whatever little hope he was holding on to, and stop expecting. It's nothing but sheer cowardice to not have a conversation with Viaan knowing he's out of jail and searching for her. Stringing along two men because you're a bloody coward is so uncool and indefensible.
