I didn't say it generally, I was talking about myself and what my parents have done for me therefore I put them above anyone else. A woman alone isn't responsible for her husband's happiness, again putting words in my mouth. I already said what Abhi wants isn't a factor here because it shows how toxic he is to love a woman who is carrying another man's child, pray for that child's safety, very toxic indeed. We are talking about Ak here, shouldn't she not as a wife but as a woman marry someone whom she loves? Is she being fair when she is bringing her past baggage, love for her husband with his child into this relationship? Manju is stopping them, I want her to succeed in it 🤘 because Ak sniffing An's clothes of their wedding night is not my idea of a good progressive marriage. I support Manju in stopping the marriage and you clearly support Ak in her selfish weird actions but the difference is that I don't say you are like Ak because I hope you aren't 🤗

I think we need to be clear about what is a paternity fraud. It's not hiding ones paternity. From either a child or a parent.

If a woman tries to convince a man that he is the father to her child, while he is not the father actually, there she is doing a paternity fraud. A mother intentionally misidentifying a biological father. Here she asked Abhinav who was aware that he is not biological father and he accepted.

And Akshara can never do paternity fraud with Abhimanyu in this case. What she did was she hid the fact that Abhimanyu was biological father, which later came out and a custody case happened. Akshara putting Abhinav's name in Abhi's BC as father was wrong, which court also stated.

@Bold: She did keep child away from a father, who has declared that he has nothing to do with the child and his mother. So the fault lies with Abhimanyu also equally. And what difference it made between Abhi-Akshara with or without Abhir? situation was the same. WD happened, Neil was dead, one child dead and still all feel Akshara was the reason. What difference abhirs' being alive brings in?

Judge ruled that Ak and An were a party to a fraud for which Ak lost custody of Abhir in addition to their financial status. She made an impulsive decision and held grudges for 7 long years and all that goes down the drain when she needs a father for her kids, you want to tell me that there ever was a base for her actions? Abhi being a bad man, a bad father, she doesn't want Abhir to be like Abhi when she had a ready-made father for Abhir, ready-made father takes off and Abhi has done exceptional parenting of Ruhi. Manju to aise hi badmaan hai, one has to look at Ak. Ak did wrong, Abhi's end was a misunderstanding, he didn't know his child exists so how is he responsible? Who would know that a woman would hide the child and do illegal activities to keep a son away from his father? It didn't make any difference between Abhira but it made difference between Abhir and Abhi, Abhir deserved to know the truth and so did Abhi, which Ak kept hidden intentionally and she knew that Abhi wants the child, if she had misunderstanding that Abhi doesn't want the child, she wouldn't be preparing for custody case, she knew he has no idea and when he gets to know he would want the baby so the whole "She didn't go back because he rejected her and baby" is again a false narrative. A Widow can marry anyone when she has moved on from her ex husband, which Ak has not and this is the problem. If she was in love with Abhi, none would have an issue with this marriage but she is not. She wants Abhi to take responsibility of her kids but she won't do the most basic responsibility of not having feelings for someone else when you are marrying someone. This is disservice to both. This is why we didn't support Abhi and Arohi marriage.

Whatever you give comes back to your. Nav was a ghar Jamal job less bachcha chor has come back to AbhiM he is living in his to be Sasural jobless and calling that I will be a parent of a kid. Lol it is not your kid dr Birla and why are you hiding it from your to be wife. He will be called Mahan but this is cheating from my POV

Court stated that hiding Abhir's identity was wrong. And custody was given to Abhi.

I am not justifying Akshara. What she did was wrong. But what circumstances made her to take decision of Abhir's paternity and bringing in Abhinav to her life was understandable, if you can understand the pain she has undergone on WD and post WD. It was not an outcome of her anger issues. She was helpless and vulnerable, left alone. She was taking a decision which she felt was the right at her given point of time.

But Abhimanyu's decision of divorcing her and not getting back to her is an outcome of his anger on her. He should have acted mature way for the entire sequence.

That's the difference between the two characters

So he is also equally responsible for what he has to suffer by staying unaware of his son.

Abhinav can not be called a bacha chor. He did not sneak in and snatch away the child. He did not propose that he wants to be kid's father. Rather he did not even know its Abhimanyu's son till it was disclosed that his sir ji is Akshara's ex

Can you quote the said section of IPC? I'd like to expand my knowledge on the subject while we are discussing this drama, let me tell you that Ak was penalized by the the court for changing name of Abhir's father and telling the world that An is his father illegally. It was addressed in the show.
