Aww, disappointing that it is not a direct sequel - same thing they did with Chitti, sigh.

Moorthy turned into Paandi ?? - ivar dhaan grown-up version of Moorthi-Dhanam's son nu manasa thethukka vendiyathu thaan.. And our Kunnakudi sisters remain nameless forever. At least they could end the series with naming ceremony.

Looks like Moorthy/Paandi has to juggle 5 kids in this version - director ku podhum podhum nu aaiduchu, so no 4th son.

Just finished watching the final episode. It was sweet, with Kamatchy's trolling , Mullai amma adakki vaasikaradhu, Jana and Kalai smiling wide at Dhanam's decision of giving Jeeva the supermarket .. only Athachi was missing.

The casting of Stalin and Nirosha is convincing me to tune in (at least to see how the story goes ). So yes to season two, and continuing the discussions here.

What's all this news? Didn't see the serial being busy with work, it got over and a new season started without a break.

Have to catch up on the last episodes to know what all happened? Didn't know Meena was in S2 but didn't that guy play the first Prashanth in S1?

First things first, I did not watch the remaining episodes of S1, had lost interest already, and wasn't bothered about what happened and what did not.

Moorthy saw how Parvathy, Kasturi, Kamakshi, and Kalaivani had a lot of scenes and arcs in S1 and decided to embody all those characters as Pandian in S2. 300+ episodes le vandhe heart attack, inge 30 episodes le varum pole.

Ajay Ratham brings sophistication to the serial, hope his character remains good with a little less makeup.

Senthil and Saravana are waste boys, Senthil especially, feels like an extension of Kannan character, who btw is at BB. I do not like Meena as Senthil's jodi, but then what can we do?

Kathir is a nice character, good at heart and honest. Maama ponnu Raji unnakuthan da Kathir, rendu perum pattas pasange, jodi nalla irrukum.

I did not think I would be interested in S2 but I am. Rombo extreme drama aah pogame, konjo comedy aah pona, nalla irrkum.
