I kind of get Toshu's POV. And Adhik's too.

First of all, nothing will get Samar back and seeing what Kavya is facing , justice takes a lot of time and their lives will be filled with unbelievable harassment in that time.

Secondly, they have done lot of kaands and should have faced legal punishment. Sonu's Dad can probably discredit them and get them imprisoned rightfully.

Thirdly, their parents are too caught up amongst each other and fueling each other's craziness for taking unnecessary risks, no one to stand with them as family.

Lastly, they are unemployed Pehle apni rozi roti ka intazaam karna padega before they are capable of doing anything else.

Vanraj, the ultimate hero's eye witness story, is enough even for the judge of International Court. Why to drag Toshu and Adhik into this mess? How convenient of Bapuji to not be present that time. He has the Devil's luck truly.
