I had a 3:30pm appointment scheduled but I got in at 6pm (Doctor was running late) but I'm a saint so I didn't complain. I was told to wear the hospital gown where your front is covered but your backside is left open for all the world to see. They made me wear that horrid shower cap and I'm telling you, that's almost as worse as the colonoscopy itself. Imagine sitting in front of the hairdresser and they make you wear the black cape, and you look in the mirror and realise you're possibly the ugliest potato on earth. Well multiply that look x 1000 and that was me. A dehydrated, laxative-induced-poop-machine with a shower cap on. Stunning.

I had to lay down on my side, wear an oxygen mask, one arm had a blood pressure cuff monitoring my BP, while the Anaesthetist doctor inserted a canula in my other arm where the general anaesthesia will flow through. It was all quite dramatic. I love this process by the way. All I remember is praying to God 'please let me wake up after this' and BOOM I was knocked out. Best feeling ever.

Woke up an hour later, drousy AF but I felt good. I had 10 polyps removed (-_-) and will be seeing the specialist in 4 weeks to review my results. He took a biopsy of the polyps to check if malignant. Results pending but I definitely have to undertake a Colonoscopy every year coz these bastards grow back fast. This is a reminder to get yours done! :)

Also where TF is Bollyqueen? WHY HAS SHE HIBERNATED!?

Here is hoping the results come back normal this time around also, FF. Pardon me for asking but have you thought about joining an advocacy group for colorectal cancer screening in youth? Like the Never Too Young task force? You are naturally eloquent, empathetic and easy going in your written and spoken conversation style so it just seems like a great fit to me.

Thank you Khala ❤️ I’ve posted a few awareness posts on my instagram but haven’t considered anything further. However, since you’ve mentioned it, the idea does appeal. I don’t think the youth considers colon cancer an issue since it’s perceived as an old persons cancer, and that’s how a lot of warning signs are ignored. Doctors also don’t recommend colonoscopies to the youth because polyps are so rare for younger people, that the diagnosis is almost always overlooked.

Yaaaaas! Rumours abt this project have been rife since May. I was sure it's true coz the director and his wife (who is the writer of the film) visited XZ on the sets of the film he is shooting rn. Itna coincidence bhi nahi hota.

Also his next project after this show is a movie I hear. Exciting times for XZ. He will cover the ground he lagged behind on coz of the 227 scandal

This melon site (https://x.com/xzmelons?s=20) is 9/10 times right on XZ. I have only seen them getting 2 melons wrong since they started. One that he would go to S Korea for Gucci and other that he will attend the Hangzhou games. Both turned wrong but they have got all major projects and endorsements right so far.

I finished watching Destined with You today. Rowoon is so cute, esp with his hair all over his face. His character said 'people say m cute like a puppy'. I couldn't agree more. He looked like a Pomeranian
