She was emotionally pressurized by her whole family and her major reason was Abhir. I don't know if you have seen that episode, where akshara tells abhir (regarding abhimanyu) that she doesn't want it and voh apni puri zindagi abhir and abhinav ki yaado ke saath bitana chati hai.

I am abhinav/akshnav fan, but after marrying abhimanyu if she forgets abhinav and falls in love with Abhimanyu, there is nothing wrong.

Abhimanyu loves her and she also loved him long back, so i think most akshnav fans won't have a issue. Our issue is when Abhira fans make fun of abhinav and completely dismiss the fact that Akshara fell in love with Abhinav.

You are right, that she moved on too quickly , but in both the cases, it was for her child. She didn't have her parents, so for her the biggest thing is that her child should get both mom & dad.

Akshara is atleast better than Kasauti 's prerna who was with one and crying for the other. Atleast the entire time Akshara was with Abhinav, she wasn't thinking about abhimanyu and pining for him. And after marrying Abhimanyu, if she doesn't think about Abhinav, that's also completely valid.

Red: She is free to move on the next day after her partner's death , she is very well capable of doing it as well. Whether she is eager or not , doesn't matter. The point is she agreed to marry him in her full consciousness. Behavioral adjectives like eager, excited, nervous aren't relevant.

Green: Firstly goenkas didn't pressurize her to the extent to have forced akshara to do something against her will. Goenka's aren't that conservative atleast with respect to thier own daughters. Neither akshara is the kind of person who can be 'pressurized' by anyone nor she has the family which does that.

If she really loved abhinav to the extent, that she could live solely on his memories alone , then she wouldn't have ever agreed to marry anyone else, period....because her surrounding environment, the generation she lives in , her own family, the person she is , nothing is akin to something that can enforce a woman to do something against her will.

In this day and age , the lamest excuse that akshara can give for remarriage is citing the excuse of children. A person like akshara with a strong family support, educated enough to do a job is very well capable to raise own child if she really wants to.

Purple: One of the reasons abhimanyu is liked as character is his strong loyalty for akshara (even though she doesn't deserve it). There are sentiments related to ideas of remarriage and moving on in case of human beings , that is something that differentiates humans from other species. Likewise arohi too didn't have parents but she didn't go berserk to search for a brand new papa. Doesn't give an excuse to akshara's new mate instant search behavior.

As I mentioned earlier -I am not looking for serious debates or discussions!
