CHAPTER 12

-------------------------

Khushi lay on the bed, her body exhausted and sore. It had been a tough night for both her and her brother, Akash. They had come to Goa to enjoy a vacation with their best friends Arnav and Shyam, unaware that danger awaited them.

Earlier that evening, the group had decided to explore the vibrant nightlife of Goa. They had gone to a popular beachside pub, laughing and dancing the night away. Little did they know that trouble was lurking in the shadows.

In a swift and daring move, Arnav managed to overpower the kidnappers, freeing Khushi from their clutches. His quick thinking and physical prowess had saved her from a potentially dangerous situation.

Now, back in the hotel room, Akash sat beside Khushi, his eyes filled with a mixture of relief and gratitude. He couldn't find the words to express his emotions, but his heartfelt appreciation was evident.

"Arnav, I can't thank you enough for what you did," Akash finally said, his voice filled with a deep sense of gratitude. "You risked your own safety to save Khushi, and I'll forever be indebted to you."

Arnav, modest as always, gave a humble smile. "She's like family to me, Akash. I couldn't bear to see her in harm's way," he replied, his voice sincere. "We're a team, and we'll always protect each other."

Shyam, who had been silently observing the scene, stepped forward, his eyes reflecting relief. "I'm just glad Khushi is safe," he said, his voice filled with genuine concern. "We need to be more cautious moving forward. Goa may be a paradise, but it has its share of dangers."

The trio nodded in agreement, the bond between them stronger than ever. They had come to Goa for a carefree vacation, but fate had brought them face to face with danger.

Khushi slowly sat up on the bed, her body still weak from the ordeal she had just experienced. She looked at her brother, Akash, and smiled weakly.

"Akash, I'm fine now. You don't need to worry so much," she reassured him, her voice laced with a hint of exhaustion. "I just need some rest."

Akash hesitated, his protective instincts kicking in. "But Khushi, I don't want to leave you alone. What if something happens again?"

Khushi placed a gentle hand on his arm, her eyes filled with gratitude. "I know you're concerned, Akash. But I'll be safe here in the hotel room.and arnav you have medicine which doctor prescribed you for your injuries."arnav nods.

Arnav look around and then remember.

"Oh i keep the medicine in reception with yours"

"Khushi need those medicine in morning,do one thing take those medicine from reception and come here " akash suggested.

"He will bring my medicine now but right now i want you and you too shyam go to their own bedroom and rest.."

Reluctantly, Akash stood up, his gaze fixed on Khushi. "Alright, but promise me that you'll call us if you need anything. We'll be right next door."

Khushi smiled and nodded. "I promise. Now go, "

With a final glance at his sister, Akash turned to Shyam, who was watching the exchange quietly. They exchanged a knowing look before stepping out of the room, leaving Khushi and Arnav alone.

After some time had passed, Khushi turned to Arnav, her face etched with exhaustion and traces of fear. As the heavy door closed behind them, she reached out and gently placed her hand on his, seeking comfort in his touch.

"Are you angry with me?" she asked softly, her voice laced with vulnerability. "Angry that I confronted those dangerous drug dealers, despite your disapproval?"

Arnav's face softened as he looked into her tired eyes. He sighed, his voice tinged with concern. "No, Khushi. I'm not angry. I'm terrified. Terrified of losing you." His words hung heavily in the air, a raw display of his love and fear for her safety.

She was taken aback by his unexpected response, a mix of surprise and warmth flooding through her. She had never seen him so vulnerable, so exposed. It made her heart ache.

"But Arnav, I couldn't just stand by and let those drug dealers continue to harm people," she explained, her voice trembling with a mix of determination and sadness. "I've seen the devastating effects of drugs firsthand. I had a student, a brilliant student, who fell victim to their grip. He lost his life, and I couldn't bear to watch that happen to others."

Arnav's eyes glistened with unshed tears as he listened to her words. He understood the depth of her conviction, the unwavering belief in fighting for what was right. It was one of the things that had initially drawn him to her, her unwavering spirit.

"So you won't listen to me? Am I just a physical partner or your so-called boyfriend? In our relationship, when did it become solely about physical needs for both of us?" Arnav said, feeling sentimental. Khushi smiled, finding him adorable like a school kid.

"You know very well who you are to me. You're not just my brother's best friend or my bed partner," Khushi mocked, which irritated Arnav. He stood up to leave, but Khushi pulled him back onto the bed.

"But the care and concern I see in your eyes is magical to me," she said. "You have no idea how scared I was."

"But I know you will always save me," Khushi added, and with that, she comes close to Arnav for kiss

their bodies pressed close together. The room was dimly lit, the soft glow of moonlight filtering through the curtains, casting a romantic ambiance. Their breaths intertwined, creating a symphony of anticipation.

As they gazed into each other's eyes, time seemed to stand still. Arnav's hand gently caressed Khushi's cheek, his touch sending shivers down her spine. She closed her eyes, relishing in the sensation, as the world around them faded away.

Their lips inched closer, the magnetic pull between them growing stronger with every passing moment. The room was filled with an electric energy, as their hearts beat in harmony, echoing their desire for each other.

And then, their lips met. It was a gentle kiss at first, a tender exploration of each other's souls. They melted into the moment, their bodies intertwining as their passion ignited. Their kisses grew deeper, their lips dancing in perfect rhythm.

Arnav's hands caressed Khushi's back, his touch igniting a fire within her. She arched her body, drawing him closer, wanting to feel every inch of him against her. Their kiss deepened, becoming more urgent, as their bodies craved a deeper connection

Time became a blur as they lost themselves in each other. Their kisses became a language of unspoken emotions, conveying their love, their longing, and their hunger for one another. The world outside ceased to exist, and there was only Arnav and Khushi, locked in a moment of pure bliss.

Their bodies moved in sync, their touch becoming more fervent, as their desires intertwined. Each kiss was accompanied by a symphony of sighs and whispers, as their love filled the room.

And as they finally pulled away, their lips still tingling from the intensity of their connection, they looked into each other's eyes, their love and desire reflected back..

Arnav and Khushi lay intertwined in each other's arms, their bodies pressed together in a fiery embrace. The room was filled with an electric tension, their desire for one another palpable in the air.

As Arnav's hands roamed over Khushi's body, a low growl of pleasure escaped his lips. His touch was both gentle and possessive, igniting a fire within her that burned hotter with every caress. Khushi's nails dug into his back, pulling him closer, craving more of his intoxicating touch.

Their lips collided in a passionate frenzy, their kisses filled with a hunger that could never be satisfied. Their tongues danced in a fervent tango, exploring every inch of each other's mouths. Each kiss was a declaration of their love, a promise to never let go.

Arnav's hands trailed down Khushi's body, leaving a trail of fire in their wake. He worshipped every curve, every dip, as if discovering her for the first time. Khushi arched her back, aching for his touch, desperate for the ecstasy only he could provide.

Their bodies moved in perfect harmony, a symphony of desire and pleasure. Arnav's strong hands gripped Khushi's hips, guiding her movements, as they surrendered to the rhythm of their love. Moans of pleasure filled the room, mingling with the symphony of their shared passion.

In the depths of their connection, they lost themselves in a sea of sensations. Every touch, every stroke, sent shockwaves of pleasure through their bodies, building towards an inevitable climax. Their passion grew with each passing moment, a tempest of desire that threatened to consume them.

As they reached the pinnacle of their shared ecstasy, their cries of pleasure echoed through the room. They clung to each other, their bodies trembling with the intensity of their release. In that moment, time stood still.

As the waves of pleasure receded, they lay there, breathless and sated. Their bodies glistened with a sheen of perspiration, a testament to the passion they had shared. In that bed of desire, they found solace, a sanctuary where their souls could intertwine.

Apart from THeir passionate moment they are so be dark shadow in their life.

At morning

The breakfast table at a bustling restaurant in Goa was filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sound of clinking cutlery. Shyam sat alone, engrossed in his phone, a smile playing on his lips. As he scrolled through his screen, Akash walked in, his curiosity piqued by Shyam's distracted state.

Sliding into the seat across from Shyam, Akash couldn't help but glance at the screen of his friend's phone. He leaned forward, his voice filled with intrigue.

"Hey, what's got your attention there? Anything interesting?"

Shyam, still staring at his phone, brushed off Akash's question nonchalantly.

"Oh, just checking some emails and messages. Nothing important, really."

As if on cue, Arnav appeared at the table, his eyes catching the exchange between Akash and Shyam. He smiled and joined them, eager to be part of the conversation.

"Good morning, guys! What's the topic of discussion?"

Akash, determined to satisfy his curiosity, turned to Shyam once more.

"So, seriously, what's up with your phone? You seem pretty engrossed in it."

Finally looking up from his phone, Shyam's smile remained, albeit a little strained.

"Alright, alright. I was just checking out some pictures from last night's beach party. It was wild!"

Akash and Arnav chuckled, understanding Shyam's distraction. It was typical of him to get lost in the memories of a great night out.

The conversation shifted as Arnav, having overheard their exchange, interjected with a mischievous grin.

"Speaking of distractions, arnav, where were you this morning? I went to your room looking for you, but you were nowhere to be found."

Arnav's smile faded slightly.

"Really? I must have stepped out for a walk or something. I didn't realize you were looking for me. Sorry, man." Arnav apologies.

"Btw where is khushi?"shyam asked to akash.but Arnav reply in unconsciously.

"She is sleeping.."

Chapter 13

--------------------

.Arnav sat at the head of the long conference table, surrounded by a group of investors, his team, and a few concerned stakeholders. The atmosphere in the room was tense, with whispers of uncertainty hanging in the air. Arnav knew he had to take control of the situation and restore faith in their project.

As the meeting began, Arnav could sense the skepticism in the room. He cleared his throat and addressed the investors with a determined tone. "Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for being here today. I understand that recent events in the market have caused some concern, but I want to assure you that we are fully aware of the challenges and are taking proactive measures to mitigate their impact on our project."

A few investors exchanged skeptical glances, while others leaned forward, eager to hear Arnav's plan. He continued, "Yes, there have been mishaps in the market, but we have anticipated these risks and have built a robust contingency plan. Our team has been working tirelessly to adapt and find new opportunities amidst the chaos."

One investor raised his hand, interrupting Arnav. "But Arnav, the market volatility is affecting everyone. How can we be sure that our project will be successful in such an uncertain environment?"

Arnav smiled, acknowledging the investor's concern. "I understand your worries. However, our project has several unique selling points that set us apart from the competition. We have a strong customer base, a reliable supply chain, and a team of experts who are experts in their respective fields. We are confident that our project is well-positioned to weather these market challenges."

Another investor spoke up, his voice tinged with doubt. "What about the financial impact of these mishaps? How are you planning to address that?"

Arnav leaned back in his chair, contemplating his response. He took a deep breath and said, "We have conducted a thorough financial analysis, considering various scenarios, and have implemented cost-cutting measures and risk mitigation strategies. Our financial team is continuously monitoring the situation and making the necessary adjustments to ensure the stability and profitability of our project."

The room fell silent as Arnav's words sank in. The investors exchanged glances, seemingly reassured by his confident demeanor and detailed explanations. Arnav knew that regaining their trust would not happen overnight, but he had taken the first step in the right direction.

He concluded the meeting with a renewed sense of determination. "Ladies and gentlemen, I believe in the potential of our project, and I invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can overcome any challenges that come our way and achieve great success."

As the meeting ended, Arnav's team members approached him, expressing their admiration for his leadership skills. They could see the shift in the room, the renewed sense of confidence, and they knew that Arnav's unwavering belief in their project had made all the difference.

Arnav silently vowed to himself that he would not let these market mishaps define their project's future. He would continue to work tirelessly, proving to the investors that their faith in him and his team was well-placed.

Arnav walked into his office, feeling a mix of relief and exhaustion after the intense meeting with the investors. As he settled into his chair, his phone buzzed with a message from Khushi. She had been anxiously waiting for updates on the meeting and how things had unfolded.

Arnav smiled, grateful to have Khushi's support during these challenging times. He quickly typed a response, letting her know he was done with the meeting.

But Khushi was not one to be easily satisfied with a simple message. Within seconds, Arnav's phone rang, and he saw Khushi's name flashing on the screen. He chuckled, knowing she couldn't wait any longer for answers.

"Hey, Khushi," Arnav answered, his voice filled with warmth and affection.

"Arnav, tell me everything!" Khushi exclaimed, her voice filled with eagerness. "Did the meeting go well? Were you able to control the situation? Are the investors still on board?"

Arnav took a deep breath, trying to find the right words to convey the complexities of the situation. "It was tough, Khushi. The investors were concerned, and rightfully so. But I managed to reassure them and present our contingency plan. It wasn't easy, but I believe I made them see the potential in our project."

There was a brief pause on the other end of the line, and Arnav could almost hear Khushi processing the information. "So, everything is okay now? The problem is solved?"

Arnav sighed, understanding Khushi's desire for a clear-cut resolution. "No, Khushi. It's not completely solved yet. We still have challenges ahead and uncertainties to navigate. But I've taken the first step towards regaining their trust. We are on the right track."

There was a hint of disappointment in Khushi's voice, but she quickly recovered. "I believe in you, Arnav. I know you can handle anything that comes your way. Just remember, I'm here for you, always."

Arnav's heart swelled with gratitude for Khushi's unwavering support. "Thank you, Khushi."

With that reassurance, Khushi's voice softened. "Take care, Arnav. . We'll celebrate the progress you've made."

Arnav smiled, feeling a renewed sense of energy.

As they ended the call, Arnav felt a surge of determination. With Khushi by his side, he knew he could face any challenge that lay ahead. And together, they would conquer the hurdles and make their project thrive.

Khushi is working at ger office when akash call her.

"Hey bro what's up?"Khushi asked her brother while giving full attention in her design.

"Khushi I'm going out of town to meet dad.."akash declared.

"Is everything okey?dad is fine, right?" Khushi asked being worried."nothing, it's just business issues..and the crisis happened in marketing, dad have invested most largest number of money in Arnav's project and the market is in risk right now..so he wants to discuss something with me and yes,dad is coming to our house."

"That's great..i will make all arrangements".she smiled and cut the call.she get a massage which brings smile on her lips.

As Arnav and khushi entered the lavish lobby, Arnav led Khushi to the reception desk. He had made reservations in advance, ensuring that everything would go smoothly. The concierge greeted them warmly, checking their names on the list and handing them their room key.

Arnav couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement as they walked towards the elevator. He had booked a private dining room on the top floor, offering a breathtaking view of the city lights at night. It was the perfect setting for an intimate dinner.

As the elevator doors opened, Arnav guided Khushi inside and pressed the button for the top floor. The soft music playing in the elevator added to the ambiance, making their hearts flutter with anticipation..

When they reached the top floor, Arnav led Khushi through the dimly lit hallway, their footsteps echoing against the plush carpet. Finally, they arrived at the door of their private dining room. Arnav unlocked the door and stepped aside, allowing Khushi to enter first.

Khushi gasped in awe as she stepped into the room. The walls were adorned with elegant artwork, and a beautifully set table stood in the center, covered in delicate white linen. The room was filled with the aroma of fresh flowers, adding a touch of romance to the atmosphere.

Arnav walked up behind Khushi, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his chin on her shoulder. "Do you like it?" he whispered softly.

Khushi turned around, her eyes shimmering with happiness. "Arnav, it's absolutely breathtaking. You've outdone yourself."

Arnav smiled, his heart swelling with joy at Khushi's reaction. He led her to the table and pulled out her chair, a gentlemanly gesture that made Khushi blush.

As they settled into their seats, the waiter appeared, presenting them with a menu filled with delectable options. Arnav and Khushi perused the menu, discussing their preferences and sharing their excitement for the culinary journey that awaited them.

Throughout the dinner, they indulged in exquisite dishes, each bite more delicious than the last. The conversation flowed effortlessly, laughter and playful banter filling the air. The world outside seemed to fade away as they focused solely on each other, cherishing every moment of their time together.

As the night progressed, the room was filled with warm candlelight, casting a soft glow on their faces. The waiter discreetly cleared the plates, leaving them alone in their bubble of happiness. ..

When dessert arrived, Arnav couldn't resist feeding Khushi a small bite, savoring the sweetness on her lips.

As Arnav and Khushi stepped out of the hotel, the cool night air brushed against their faces, creating a gentle breeze. Their hands intertwined, they decided to take a leisurely walk back home, wanting to prolong the enchantment of the evening.

The city streets were alive with the hustle and bustle of people going about their lives. Arnav and Khushi strolled along, their footsteps matching in rhythm, their hearts still filled with the warmth of their dinner date.

As they walked hand in hand, their conversation continued effortlessly. They shared stories, dreams, and aspirations, laughing and teasing each other along the way. The world around them seemed to blur into the background as they focused solely on each other.

Underneath the soft glow of streetlights, they passed by a park, its swings swaying gently in the night breeze. Arnav paused, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "What do you say, Khushi? Shall we take a detour and relive our childhood memories for a while?"

Khushi's eyes sparkled with excitement as she nodded. They entered the park, their laughter filling the air as they took turns swinging on the swings and playing on the jungle gym. For a moment, they were transported back to a simpler time, where worries were nonexistent and joy was abundant.

Suddenly out of nowhere arnav declare "i think I'm falling in love with you" khushi was still taken a back.arnav getting close to her..

The morning sunlight streamed through the half-opened curtains, casting a warm glow on the room. Birds chirped melodiously outside, their cheerful songs filling the air. Arnav, still lost in the realms of slumber, lay peacefully in bed, his tousled hair adding to his disheveled charm, wearing nothing on.

Khushi, a whirlwind of energy and determination, stood by the bedside after coming from bathroom, her professional attire already on. She glanced at the clock on the nightstand, her brows furrowed with worry. The minutes were slipping away, and she needed to get ready for work.last night they make out was really exhausted her.

Whispering softly, Khushi leaned closer to Arnav, gently shaking him to rouse him from his deep sleep.

"Arnav, wake up!" she pleaded, her voice a hushed plea. "It's already morning, and I need to get ready for work.and if I'm not mistaken, you had a meeting at noon?"

Arnav stirred slightly, a lazy smile tugging at the corners of his lips. Slowly, he opened his eyes, his gaze immediately locking onto Khushi's. A mischievous spark danced within his dark orbs.

"Mmm... Good morning, beautiful," he murmured, his voice still laced with sleep.

Khushi couldn't help but smile at his playful nature. "Good morning, sleepyhead," she replied, her tone filled with affection. "But we really need to get up. I'm running late."

As Khushi made a move to step away from the bed, Arnav's arm swiftly wrapped around her waist, pulling her back towards him. The mischievous grin on his face widened, and he held her tightly against him.

"Why rush, Khushi?" he teased, his voice filled with a playful tone. "Stay with me for a little while longer."

Giggling softly, Khushi tried to resist his charming pull. But the warmth of his touch and the love in his eyes weakened her resolve. She gazed into his eyes, torn between her desire to stay and her responsibility at work..

"Arnav, I wish I could stay," she whispered, her voice tinged with longing. "But I have to go. I can't be late again."

Arnav's expression turned serious, and he loosened his grip on Khushi, understanding the importance of her work. He let out a sigh, reluctantly releasing her.

"I understand, Khushi," he said softly, his voice filled with understanding. "Your job is important. But promise me, we'll make up for this later?"<

Khushi nodded, a tender smile gracing her lips. She leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on Arnav's forehead, her love for him evident in that simple gesture.

"I promise, Arnav," she replied, her voice filled with sincerity. "We'll have our time together. Now, I really have to go."

With a last longing look, Khushi untangled herself from Arnav's embrace and hurried to the closet, grabbing her bag. Arnav watched her, a mix of affection and admiration in his eyes.<

"Take care, Khushi," he said sincerely, his voice filled with warmth. "I'll be here, waiting for you."

Khushi gave him a loving smile, her eyes filled with the deep love she held for him. With a final wave, she rushed out of the room, leaving Arnav behind. He lay back on the bed, a contented sigh escaping his lips. The memory of their passionate night lingered in his mind, and he eagerly anticipated their next rendezvous.

A notification come on arnav's phone.Arnav groggily reached over to his bedside table, fumbling to grab his phone as it buzzed with an incoming message. Rubbing his eyes, he unlocked the screen and blinked in confusion at the notification. It was an MMS, and the sender's number was unknown to him. Curiosity piqued, he tapped on the message and watched as the video began to play.

His eyes widened in horror as he saw himself and Khushi in the video, locked in intimacy. They were having sex in the video There face.. everything is shown in the video.

The shock coursed through his veins, freezing him in place. His mind raced, trying to process what he was witnessing. How could this be happening?

Chapter 14

Arnav groggily opened his eyes, slowly emerging, he reached out to his bedside table to grab his phone, intending to check the time. However, as his fingers brushed against the cool surface of the device, he noticed a new message notification.

Curiosity piqued, Arnav swiped his finger across the screen, unlocking his phone. His eyes widened as he saw the message was an MMS, and the preview image displayed a compromising position involving him and Khushi. A mix of shock, confusion, and anger flooded his senses as he hesitated for a moment. Should he open it? Was this some kind of sick prank?

Taking a deep breath, Arnav tapped on the message, bracing himself for what he was about to see. The video began to play, and his heart sank when he realized it was indeed him and Khushi in the video. The footage had been taken secretly, capturing a private moment that was never meant to be seen by anyone else.

As the scenes unfolded before his eyes, Arnav's mind raced, desperately trying to comprehend how such a personal moment had been captured and sent to him. Doubt and suspicion crept in, clouding his thoughts. Who could have done this? Was it someone they knew? Or was it just a random act of malice?

With shaking hands, Arnav paused the video, unable to bear witnessing any more of the intimate footage. The background it's seen like Goa the last night were they spend their time together.

As he stared at the frozen frame on his phone, Arnav's mind went back to the moments shared with Khushi.

Arnav's heart raced as he dialed Khushi's number, his mind filled with worry. It rang and rang, but there was no answer. He tried again, hoping she would pick up this time, Panic began to set in. Why wasn't she answering? Was she already aware of the video? Or was she simply occupied with something else?

Khushi sat at her desk in her office, a soft smile playing on her lips as she reminisced about the events of the previous night. Arnav's confession of love had taken her by surprise, as their relationship had initially started as a no-strings-attached fling. But with each passing day, their connection had deepened, and they had both realized that they wanted something more. The realization had brought immense joy to Khushi's heart, and she couldn't help but wear that happiness on her face.

Lost in her thoughts, Khushi suddenly heard a knock on her office door. Startled, she turned her attention towards the entrance and was pleasantly surprised to see Shyam, standing there. She quickly composed herself and rushed to open the door.

"Shyam! What a pleasant surprise!" Khushi exclaimed, a genuine smile spreading across her face. "Please come in."

Shyam entered the room, a warm smile adorning his face as well. "Khushi, I hope I'm not interrupting anything important. I just wanted to talk to you about the interior design for my new office.".

Khushi chuckled lightly, shaking her head. "No, not at all. I was just lost in my thoughts. Come, have a seat. I'd be happy to help you with the design."

They both settled down in chairs opposite each other, ready to discuss the upcoming project. But before they delved into the details, Shyam couldn't help but notice Khushi's radiant smile.

"You seem really happy today, Khushi. Anything special?" he asked, curiosity evident in his voice.

Khushi blushed, her smile growing wider. "Well, it's nothing just feeling good today"

Khushi sat in her office, engrossed in a conversation with Shyam about the interior designs for his new office. They discussed color schemes, furniture options, and the overall ambiance Shyam wanted to create. Khushi was passionate about her work as an interior designer and always gave her best to her clients.

As they exchanged ideas and opinions, the door suddenly swung open, and Arnav entered, looking disheveled and exhausted. His eyes widened when he saw Khushi and Shyam engrossed in conversation. He hadn't expected to find Shyam in her office, and it made him nervous.

Arnav quickly composed himself, putting on a smile as he greeted them. "Hey, Khushi. Shyam, what a surprise to see you here!"

Shyam grinned and stood up, extending his hand towards Arnav. "Arnav, my man! Just came to discuss some office designs with Khushi. She's doing a great job, as always."

Arnav shook Shyam's hand, trying to hide his discomfort. "That's great to hear, Shyam. Khushi is indeed talented in her work. I'm Also here for her ideas for our exhibition which we are conducting for our Japanese clients,i thought to discuss with her as she travel to Japan"

As Shyam bid them goodbye and left the room, Arnav let out a sigh of relief. He turned to Khushi, his eyes still carrying the weight of the recent events. "Khushi, did you get any notification?"

Khushi glanced at her phone, scanning through her messages and notifications. "No, Arnav. I don't see anything. Why? Is everything okay?"

Arnav hesitated for a moment, contemplating whether to share the truth with Khushi or not. He decided against it, fearing the consequences it might bring. "No, it's nothing. Just a work-related issue. I thought I received a message, but it must have been a mistake.you know these new intern are so bad "

Khushi looked at him, concern etched on her face. "Are you sure, Arnav? You seem really tense lately. Is something bothering you?"

Arnav forced a smile, trying to appear calm. "No, Khushi. Just work stress, you know how it gets sometimes. But don't worry, I'll handle it."

Khushi reached out and held his hand, her eyes filled with love and concern. "Arnav, you know you can always talk to me, right? We're in this together."

Arnav nodded, feeling torn between wanting to confide in Khushi and wanting to protect her from the harsh reality. "I know, Khushi. And I appreciate that. But for now, let's focus on work. We can deal with everything else later."

Khushi nodded, though a hint of worry still lingered in her eyes. She squeezed his hand gently, offering him a reassuring smile. "Okay, Arnav. We'll get through this together."

Arnav smiled back at her, grateful for her understanding and support. Deep down, he knew he had to face the truth eventually, but for now, he would do whatever it took to protect the woman he loved.

Arnav stepped out of Khushi's office, his mind consumed with a whirlwind of thoughts. he couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off.

As he walked down the bustling city streets, Arnav pulled out his phone and dialed a number he knew by heart. The line rang a few times before a familiar voice answered.

"Hey, Aman," Arnav said in a rushed tone. "I need to talk to you. It's urgent.

Aman, his college mate who was on the other end of the call, sounded preoccupied. "Arnav, I'm in the middle of something right now. Can this wait?"

Arnav hesitated for a moment, but the urgency in his voice couldn't be ignored. "No, it can't wait. I need to see you as soon as possible."

Aman sighed, realizing the seriousness in Arnav's tone. "Alright, I can meet you this afternoon. Is that alright?"

Arnav sighed in relief, grateful that Aman was willing to accommodate him. "Yeah, that works. Let's meet at our usual spot."

Aman agreed, and they finalized the time and place before ending the call. Arnav felt a mix of anticipation and anxiety, It felt like he was on the verge of a breakthrough, and he couldn't afford to waste any more time..

Arnav sat at the head of the conference room table, his mind consumed by the weight of the impending meeting. Today was a crucial day for him as he prepared to present to a group of investors, including Mr. Gupta, Khushi's father. The success of this meeting would determine the future of his company, and the pressure was mounting.

His assistant, Riya, had been working tirelessly, assisting him in preparing the presentation and ensuring all the necessary arrangements were in place. Her efficiency and dedication had always impressed Arnav, and he had come to rely on her heavily.

As the clock ticked closer to noon, Arnav's anxiety grew. He glanced at his watch, realizing that time was running out. Riya entered the conference room, her face flushed with exertion and a tray of refreshments in her hands. She placed it on the table in front of Arnav, her eyes reflecting a mix of concern and support.

"Here's the coffee and pastries, sir," Riya said, her voice steady but laden with worry. "I hope this helps calm your nerves before the meeting."

Arnav barely acknowledged her gesture, his mind preoccupied with the mms,he is not understanding what the hell is this. The pressure was mounting, and his patience wore thin. In a moment of frustration, he snapped at Riya.

"Is this the best you can do, Riya?" Arnav's voice was laced with anger, his words sharp and cutting. "You know how important this meeting is, and yet you can't even get the refreshments right!"

Riya's face fell, her eyes welling up with tears. She had been working tirelessly to support Arnav, and his harsh words stung deeply. She quietly excused herself from the room, leaving Arnav to his own thoughts.

As Arnav took a deep breath, trying to regain his composure, the realization hit him. He had acted rashly and unjustly towards Riya. He had let his anxiety and stress get the best of him, forgetting the support and dedication that Riya had shown him throughout their working relationship.

Filled with remorse, Arnav quickly rose from his seat and followed Riya out of the conference room. He found her in the hallway, wiping away tears from her eyes.

"Riya, I'm so sorry," Arnav said, his voice laden with regret. "I shouldn't have spoken to you like that. It was uncalled for, and I deeply apologize."

Riya looked up at Arnav, her eyes still filled with sadness. She nodded, her voice barely above a whisper. "It's alright, sir. I understand the pressure you're under.

"No, it's not alright," Arnav insisted, his voice firm but filled with sincerity. "You've been nothing but supportive and efficient throughout this entire process. I let my frustrations get the best of me, and I take full responsibility for my actions."

Riya's expression softened as she listened to Arnav's heartfelt apology. She knew that he was stressed and that the upcoming meeting was of utmost importance to him. After a moment, she mustered a small smile.

"Thank you, sir. I appreciate your apology," Riya said, her voice filled with forgiveness. "Let's go back inside, and I'll ensure everything is in order for the meeting.

However, as Arnav approached the projector to check the presentation one last time, his eyes widened in shock. The screen displayed a familiar image - an MMS of him and Khushi, a message he had received earlier that morning. Panic coursed through his veins as he realized that the video was playing on a loop for all to see.

In a matter of moments, Akash and the investors would be entering the room, including Mr. Gupta, Khushi's father. Arnav's heart raced as he tried to comprehend the implications of this unexpected turn of events. He knew that his personal life intertwining with his professional one could have disastrous consequences.

Frozen in shock,

Arnav's heart pounded in his chest as he stood frozen, staring at the conference room's projector screen. The MMS of him and Khushi, which he had received earlier that morning, played on a loop for all to see. Panic surged through his veins, knowing that in just moments, Akash and the investors, including Mr. Gupta, Khushi's father, would be entering the room.

Gathering his wits, Arnav hurriedly reached for the projector's remote control, desperate to stop the video from playing any further. He pressed every button, but the screen remained stubbornly filled with his personal moments with Khushi. Sweat formed on his forehead, his hands trembling with anxiety.

"Come on, come on," Arnav muttered under his breath, his eyes darting between the remote and the projector. He clicked the buttons in a frenzy, hoping for a miracle. But the video continued to play, taunting him with each passing second.

With a surge of determination, Arnav rushed to his laptop, praying that he could somehow disconnect the connection to the projector. His fingers flew across the keyboard, desperately searching for a solution. Sweat dripped down his temples as time seemed to slip away faster than ever.

As he frantically clicked through the settings, a glimmer of hope flickered within him. He spotted a small icon on the corner of his screen that indicated the connection between his laptop and the projector. Without a second thought, he clicked on it, hoping it would sever the link..

But as he did, the screen flickered, and the video continued to play. His heart sank, and his breath hitched. He had to find another way. His mind raced, considering all the options available to him.

Suddenly, a light bulb went off in Arnav's head. He remembered that there was an emergency power switch near the entrance of the conference room. It was a last resort option, but he had no other choice.

With a renewed sense of urgency, Arnav sprinted toward the entrance of the conference room. He pushed the heavy wooden door open and scanned the room for the emergency switch. His eyes locked onto a small red button on the wall, hidden behind a potted plant. He rushed over, his hand trembling as he reached out to press it.

Just as his finger made contact with the button, the sound of footsteps echoed down the hallway. Akash and the investors were approaching. Arnav's heart raced even faster, knowing that time was running out..

With a deep breath, he pressed the button, cutting off the power to the projector and plunging the room into darkness. The screen went black, and the room fell silent. Arnav's heart pounded in his chest as he waited for the footsteps to draw nearer.

The door swung open, and Akash, along with the investors, stepped into the room. They paused, confusion evident on their faces as they took in the darkness.

"What happened?" Akash asked, his voice filled with concern.

Arnav quickly composed himself, his mind racing for an explanation. "There seems to be a technical glitch with the projector. I apologize for the inconvenience," he replied, trying to sound as calm and collected as possible..

Mr. Gupta, Khushi's father, entered the room next, his brow furrowed. "Technical glitch or not, we are here for an important meeting. Let's proceed with or without the projector," he declared..

Relief washed over Arnav as he realized that his plan had worked, at least for now. He nodded, grateful for Mr. Gupta's understanding...

As the meeting began, Arnav couldn't help but feel a mix of gratitude and anxiety. He was thankful that he had managed to prevent the MMS from being seen by the investors, but the consequences of its existence still lingered. He knew that he would have to confront the situation head-on and find a way to protect.

Arnav was in meeting when he gets a msg "it's just starting.....,be thankful i didn't upload your colour nights video to every social site, this view ju

st enjoyed by you and me"

Arnav clutch his phone.
