@bold. I felt like the entire leap was about the damage done to Abhi both by the circumstances that were created due to Ak's decisions and also the self-inflicted punishment. None of them just could not do anything about it, Shef had her own issues, Arohi wanted Abhi for Ruhi and Goenka's just treaded carefully. But none of that matters coz we all need Ak to acknowledge the damage which has not properly come through yet (I know many lost hope I am just holding out bcoz I feel like if they can show such a good redemption story for Abhi for WD then they can do it for Ak as well). That is the only thing pending in the story. They haven't discussed Neil even once and they are marrying, makes no sense. They should have shown realisation first and then love, but looks like they will show marriage by leap of faith first. If not, I don't know how they will go for intense romance, especially if they want to top what they have shown previously. Look how sad Abhi was today when he was trying the clothes. I don't know if that was deliberately shown or just make-up issue.
Her apology for everything she has done with regards to Abhir is pending I agree.
Before WD in their marriage, like you said it is what happens in a relationship. But the dynamic of the relationship was always about Abhi pampering her and she lapping it up, no matter what the situation is. We already discussed how she felt entitled to it. She always had the upper hand. It's just the way their relationship was. Whether its good or bad is an individual perspective. I felt it was very sweet before WD, they had already grown so much in their marriage.
Since WD, all her words insulting this love of his was just to hurt him because she knows it will. She only stopped after he gave back Abhir. By then it went too far for many of us. But as it was not about Ak's realisation, it was about Abhi's and we are done with it now, we should move on to Ak's. If they don't address it and just keep introducing tests for Abhi, then you are right.
