Honestly, I feel bad for Abhi. He still feels guilty and trying to rectify his mistakes, but she has no remorse for anything she did to him. The false narrative that he was a some villain her life is getting old especially when we saw Akshara spewing venom for nine months and using their child as a weapon against him. As viewers, all we saw is that he fought for her even when she didn't seem even care about her mental health or her multiple careers.

If his actions on one day defines who he is then what about her actions for the past nine months? The makers should really stop with the false narratives because it only makes her look more evil.

Honestly her getting this FB was senseless. I mean this was raection to her actions which were worse. Why doesnt she get FBs of the first tilak where she stood like an owl looking at Abhi getting insulted. Matlab ab wo yes man ban gaya toh wo accha ho gaya waah!

Also if he was so bad toh iske baad wale accident k baadme Abhi Abhi karke kyu ro rahi thi hospital me. Zama has no aukaat to use clips of OG Abhi tell him to keep his agenda of proving Abhi as toxic since we dont have amnesia and no one is buying his crap.

@bold. I felt like the entire leap was about the damage done to Abhi both by the circumstances that were created due to Ak's decisions and also the self-inflicted punishment. None of them just could not do anything about it, Shef had her own issues, Arohi wanted Abhi for Ruhi and Goenka's just treaded carefully. Before WD in their marriage, like you said it is what happens in a relationship. But the dynamic of the relationship was always about Abhi pampering her and she lapping it up, no matter what the situation is. We already discussed how she felt entitled to it. She always had the upper hand. It's just the way their relationship was. Whether its good or bad is an individual perspective. I felt it was very sweet before WD, they had already grown so much in their marriage.

Since WD, all her words insulting this love of his was just to hurt him because she knows it will. She only stopped after he gave back Abhir. By then it went too far for many of us. But as it was not about Ak's realisation, it was about Abhi's and we are done with it now, we should move on to Ak's. If they don't address it and just keep introducing tests for Abhi, then you are right.

I really hope what you say happens and I agree that for Abhi they gave such a good redemption arc, there is no reason not to do that for Ak.

Except that in a lot of ways it would invalidate the past eight months and more importantly Nav. Already by having her marry Abhi again, they are invalidating Nav, by having Abhir call Abhi dadda and accept him and even ask his parents to get back together, they are invalidating Nav. But for Ak to actually accept her mistakes, it would be the last nail in the coffin. Its already getting really hard to keep him relevant and yet they keep trying. The latest example being this stupid pregnancy thing.

I also feel like the damage done to Abhi can never be reversed. I don't know when he is actually going to be happy. I know people claim that he is happy cause he got back his family and he also claims that, but it is clear that he is not. We are used to taking Abhi's words for granted cause he used to be straightforward with his feelings. But what they are showing is that he is not happy. In today's episode it was so obvious ( atleast from the clips I watched), that he is just sad and detached from this relationship. I think it was deliberate cause he looked much happier when interacting with junior than with Ak. It looks very similar to his behavior with Arohi during their wedding prep, except that he loves Ak and clearly cannot hide his love and care. But he is not happy with this wedding. He just sees this as the only way to redeem himself and to do his duty for his family.

To be fair, I also don't think the damage done to Ak can ever be reversed ( something Abhi understands and accepts). She will always be more confrontational now, but slowly we are seeing the OG Akshu coming back with her sweetness.

Oh no! She totally claims that she has changed. Like that has been a big part of this leap. Her claiming she is no longer the old Akshu and she is now fierce Mrs. Sharma. The thing is, she is imagining that in their relationship Abhi was some kind of abuser and she was a victim. In her mind Abhi being angry made that relationship umar kaid for her. In her mind, the old Akshu used to accept that anger and forgive him or trying to make up with him or console him etc - which was wrong. New Ak is strong woman who will give back all the anger in equal measure.

That's her stand. So she does claim that she has also changed. But she does that also to gaslight Abhi only.

From what i have understood so far in ITV the FB isn't always about that particular incident or incidents. They're simply trying to show what Akshara was thinking it's upto us what to take. For example this particular fb doesn't make sense coz they literally got married happily after that it's just some random clips to represent how Abhimanyu is not like before acting angry in an impulse and now he is more calm and mature.

Just a simple scene. The editing team is on the go opted for a few scenes to represent his anger that's all.
