But if I wanted to defend the indefensible, would never say he is not materialistic, that is his literal core, (hence he values Seerat so much because she is exactly same.)

I don’t think he is going to ask anything. Spoilers does not indicate that. Let see if they give any monologue by angad. Giving blank cheque for the painting is like a Ehsaan for Sahiba. The dialogue by Sahiba to angad that he wants her to be like seerat is but overboard but that may be due to outburst as seerat wore the dress. But he is still asking what’s bothering her.

Yes, so she left him for right reasons. He is proving her right daily. His intentions were indeed characterless. He should stop saying she is responsible for the break up , all he wanted was to continue his nonsense with freely.

All I am saying is he is faking heartbreak. He is free to sleep with his bhabi, but his actions post Sahiba leaving prove Sahiba was right. He doesn't mind Seerat in place of Sahiba, be it in gown he gifted his so called true love , his car or anywhere else. In fact he prefers Seerat in place of Sahiba but he cannot openly say it due to society's rules but glad he is giving up the pretence soon.

With or without gown nonsense, my opinion would not change and it solidified yesterday with his wholesome threesome.

Nothing cheap. Cheap is what they are showing on tv. I am calling it as it is. I don't see any justification why he is saying he is heartbroken and hanging out with Seerat, the woman who cheated, proposed ema and whose proposal apparently caused his wife or so called true love to leave. The way I see it he just wanted wife to allow his nonsense.

Don't even care about gown crap but if he dropped the pretence of true love it would be a welcome change.

Anyways peace, I am commenting on character and even the actor playing it is joking about it, so 🤷
