It's very clear that DB killed Prem.

DB purposely sent Shobhna home that night, Bhoomi ko bhi continuously he tried to send away.

Shobhna is crack but not evil. She turned around to see Prem, she told him, mere absence mein bhag mat Jana phir se She is HIS mother, she can't Kill him. Even Dhanraj-Prem had bonding irrespective of the envy.

Only DB's words sympathy looked clearly FAKE

Vidur definitely helped DB. He definitely arranged few things for DB.

I have a feeling DB will give some explanation behind why he HAD TO kill Prem He will say, I had to do this because of some XYZ dharma He will say, I SACRIFICED Prem because of bla bla bla.

That's why I don't feel any sympathy whenever he cries.
