Parth was forced into working in the hospital after Neil's death and Harsh's exit so he became all violent and started physically abusing her and she kept quiet for their son's sake now it's out in the open.

Abhinav daaru peeke cliff se ludak gaya. Abhi tried to save him but couldn't. He was alive and taken to the hospital and had a heart surgery which AB was not allowed to perform since they thought he pushed Nav. And when he was under recovery Ak uske chhati pe vajan daalke so gayi jisse wo mrityu ko prapt ho gaya.

No she is not pregnant with anyone's child as of now.
