She was in court till Abhi was on trial. Now Abhi is in hospital so she's in hospital. Aur log iss bichare ko naam rakhte hai. He is behaving like Nav behaved with her in the beginning. Stalking and all. At least Abhi going behind her makes sense because he loves her but ye madam reject kar kar ke bhi baar baar uske piche chale jaati hai.
