As of pre-cap he seems creepy guy but he act good in front of Sahiba. This might be what naaznin said. Some lover of Sahiba who hides true intentions but harasses her, Angad initially gets jealous but rescues her from the psycho.
Mirza is a giveaway it will be some psycho lover of Sahiba. But innki creativity yeh hi jaane.
Sending flowers at brar mansion , when he knows she stays at hostel, looks like want to increase MU between sahan. Could be an enemy of Angad, or secret lover also. But one thing is sure he wants to increase the MU , but i think it will be vice versa. Angad anger will be toned down and he will become protective about sahiba, his expressions in the end were shocked / concerned. But can't go by that. In last precap his expressions were shocked, but actual episode mein to accuse kar raha hai. Haan they always take the obvious route. Like Manveer got Simran kidnapped, Garry died, Sahiba left due to suspecting Seerat Angad, hum usually jyaada dimag laga dete hai. Mirza matlab obsessed with Sahiba.
But if he is psycho stalker why he sent flowers to Brar mansion, he would know where Sahiba is na. Why does he want to alert Angad or Brars? Or I am overthinking
Yeah ultimately Angad will save her from that man and that might lead to a confrontation of reason she left and patch up. (I am hoping this is how it gets solved)

Mirza sahib is well known love story , so thats why they used this name. This person would be a secret lover and could be a stalker also. Precap is mainly about that a secret stalker has come in sahiba life. That will only come in actual episode and angad will come to know about it. I doubt that flower thing will come in or not. Angad has his own detectives, so to keep a check on sahiba he might hire detectives and gets to know about that, bouqet will come or not no idea. actual episode will not be same as precap.
