Nope she didnt know about Liza and Sikander.And they were not even a couple at that time,just had unsaidfeelings for each other.She didnt even know Liza and Sikander knew each other.Liza and Maryan had beautiful bonding.She came to stay at Zain's place after their engagement in christmas to get close to his parents and at that time Sikander came back home as the vacation was going on,from then on Maryam took a u turn and forgot Zayn and started seducing Sikander.
