Benefits of this step-

She Won DQ's trust.

She can indirectly tell she Hide DQ's Truth bcz She wanted to Avoid Mother -Son fight, and with this she will prove that she can go any length just to protect DQ.

Putting doubt on Mahaveer about Anusiya that Anu isn't ok with Tillu. So trust issue is on the way for Mahaveer- Anusiya.

I won't be surprised if they reveal that Tillu was aware about Anu's presence/ intentionally did that or she knows what kind of medicine she is adding in Mahaveer's food while for Rajvaidya/DQ she was following their Order only ..
