I apologize for my absence, this long.The season was extremely busy for me this year. In addition, July was extremely warm in the first half. It ended with us getting hit by two supercell storms in three days.

I didn't even know such a thing even existed. It was scary. We were without electricity for a week and no water for 3 days.

Both times my house was left without part of the roof covering and I had a "waterfall" through the house.

The wind carried away roofs, felled and broke tree trunks, as if they were toothpicks. It is a very stressful and upsetting experience. These days, temperatures are reaching new records again. It's extremely hot and I'm afraid that it might happen again.

I completely understand you because in 2010 I was in therapy for four and a half months due to shoulder pain. Because of this, my arm was almost immobile and the therapies had absolutely no effect. The operation was planned, and while waiting for it, I went to one of the spas, of which there are many in my country. I chose the spa at random, without any expectations that it could help me. Honestly, I went more to please my mom than I thought it would serve any purpose. However, after only 3 days my arm started to regain mobility and everything turned around. The doctors were amazed and the operation was cancelled. The pool with mineral water was, I think, what brought my shoulder back to function because the other therapies I had were the same as the ones that didn't give results for four and a half months. Therefore, you should fight and believe and never give up.
