Same here…Just watched the episode, I’m really trying to watch the episodes without the blur of 8mnths, I just cannot…something is not sitting well and I’m not able to pinpoint wat it is. All of Nav and also is it AK going on w/o realizing root cause of all this is her?! Even finding it hard to connect to Abhi…I don’t know….😓

It will still take a while cause they shifted tracks suddenly and now we just have to roll with it. I also felt same during the first leap reunion when suddenly everything was hunky dory without Ak apologizing or anything. This time hopefully they will take it slow and do it right.

I don't think Ak can have any realizations when Abhir is being shown in depression....and ditto for Abhi....this isn't the time for them to dwell on anything other than Abhir since Abhir is clearly the one suffering the most. At this point, they aren't going to get into root causes etc. but will instead just try to be there for their child.

They are trying to be parents before anything else. Everything else will take a backseat until then.

But I do think makers are still making the effort to show some gradual reconnecting between Abhira again through scenes like this bench one.....just that it's all happening as parents first and foremost. Maybe the disconnect for some is coming from the fact that people are expecting more direct angst between Abhira but right now the scenes are more about their pain and worry for their child and that is what is binding them together. It's different from whatever version of Abhira we've been shown before.....they are putting everything else aside simply to focus on Abhir.

LOL yeah that bit made me laugh.....what else could he say indeed....it's not like Ak factors him into her decisions anyways....lol achha hai waise hi clear kar diya ki mere baare mein sochne ki koi zaroorat nahin 😆

He was straightforward as always in that scene ki there is no need to get into what I feel - focus all needs to be on Abhir right now and whatever makes him happy. He also clarified yet again that he was never looking to take Nav ki place in any way and simply wants to nibhaao his responsibilities towards Abhir. As always, Abhi is happy with the bare minimum - even more so ever since Abhir has cut off from him.

Things will only shift when Abhir himself opens up to Docman again.

I don't know about you guys, but I really feel that the second generation - Kartik & Naira were way more romantic and had way more progressive plots than the current generation.

Also the tempo of the entire third generation is way more sad & serious than the previous two. It could be that Karthik as a character and Mohsin as an actor were more soft than AbhiM/ Harshad. But still, the environment all around, the dialogues and the character arcs were better and more lighter before.

Also the chemistry in the second generation 🔥 like the kind of scenes they had.. I haven't seen that much INTENSITY so far in this current one..

second gen was def better written than the current one, but its not a one to one comparison cause the characters are so different. They def made this gen the saddest of them all. But the way I see it, its cause with each generation they have increased trauma. With OG Ak, she had both her parents and their support pretty much the whole time. She had that guidance which stopped her from making some critical mistakes. Naira had more trauma in her years apart but she still had her bond with her father remain strong and stable. She had her brother too who stood for her always. And then current Ak has nothing. She lost her parents, got blamed for the death of a parent and even her brother isn't a constant consistent support. She has grandparents who aren't really great at parenting. So she ends up making the most mistakes and stuff too which leads to a lot of issues down the road.

Everything you said is true.. I guess that might be a reason some of the audience connected more with Kasauli track cos of the light hearted moments.. But still, coming back from the current situation, and falling in love all over again like nothing happened, will be quite difficult for the leads.. Let's see, what have the makers planned. But i really hope, they bring back some light comedy and good scenes apart from this death blame games going on for the past couple of months...
