Episode begins with Goenka family at BF table . Bade papa asks about Abhir and Akshara informs he was still unwell. Aarohi wonders if he might have over heard their conversation regarding Abhinav’s demise .
Surekha and Suhasini worry for Aks as she leaves dinning table without eating .
Abhir wakes up and is all smiles to find his room decorated with balloons . He notices Mummy , with his report card , she says it did not matter if he came second in class, always topping was boring . Asks her to cheer up n stop missing papa and work hard next time. She gifts him bunch of balloons . He is very happy n hugs mummy .
Abhir gets video call from docman , he inquires about his health. Aks is grateful that Abhir had not over heard About Abhnav, but next moment Abhir accuses Docman of harming his mummy, papa n him . He hates Docman for taking Abhinav away from them. He cuts the line n refuses to speak to him. Abhimanyu tries to make him understand he did nothing wrong , but fails .
Abhimanyu gets upset in his cell. The mobile is taken away by the guard, ignoring please to make another call, leaving Abhimanyu teary eyed .
Manjari goes to meet Abhi in cell . He asks her to stop trying to give false encouragement as his pain would not be lessened . She assures their lawyer will come and take him out of this place soon. She regrets why the lord had filled his life with so much pain .She boosts his morale saying Abhimanyu better not give up. He better fight to get back his son, Abhir now needs his Docman /Dadda all the more , as he had lost his papa.
At Goenka mansion Abhir hates Docman , Aks tries to calm him. Roohi arrives and admires all the balloons, she boosts his moral and excitedly shares their plans for the day . Abir shares his hate for Poppy , Roohi asks why was he so angry with Poppy . Abir declares poppy had sent Papa to heavens , he had snatched his Papa from him. Rooh refuses to believe this , poppy could never do this, both start fighting n accuse eachother of being stupid . Aarohi and Aks are shocked to see the kids fighting and accusing eachother . They quickly separate the kids as their attempts to make peace fails . Kids do “katti” with eachother n have face off .
Roohi shares with Aarohi how she hated Abir and Aks ,Aarohi for not protesting when her poppy was being accused wrongly . She wants to meet poppy right now . Aarohi explains poppy was jailed . Roohi is very upset and questions how could poppy be jailed , he was a doctor n saved lives , he could never harm anybody .
Abir tells Mummy that he wanted to watch birthday videos of papa as he was missing him. He hated Docman for harming papa , n hated Roohi for supporting Docman. Aks agrees to show him videos . She wonders if she should call up Birla house . Shefali bhaabhi gets a call from Aks . She requests her to share her resort fotos from her mobile . She decides it was not OK if Aks visited Birla house , Manjari will dislike it . They feel better would be Shefali visited Goenka house and handed the pen drive with the pics/videos .
Manjari over hears her n hands the pen drive and asks Shefali to give it to Aks . Manjari feels Abir must be missing his papa. She also hands Shefali an envelope. It contained Abhimanyu’s birthday gift to Abhinav .
At GH all advise Aks to jot down the points, she better not forget any point , not miss out any accusation against Abhimanyu . Aks wants Abhimanyu to get what he deserved . Manish states Abhinav will get peace and so will Goenka family only when Abhimanyu gets punished for what he did .
Shefali reaches GH and Muskan receives the envelope and pen drive . The BD videos and BD gift from Abhimanyu to Abhinav.
Soon the entire Goenka family is taken aback as they read the document in the envelope, that Abhimanyu had handed the custody of Abir to Abhinav and Aks. Kairav declares Abhimanyu was scheming to escape punishment . They did not need Abhimanyu’s kindness, because after Abhimanyu is punished n rots in jail , Aks will automatically get the custody of Abir .

Aks arrives in court and Judge asks her to record her statement . Aks declares she will not give statement . Everyone is taken aback . Judge asks if she did not want to give statement why was she here . Aks replies she was not here as witness but as Abhimanyu’s defence lawyer .
All are shocked .
Manjari is seen angrily confronting Abhimanyu for his choice of defence lawyer . Abhi states he had full trust in his choice . Abhi Aks look at eachother .
