Also, Abhimanyu has always prioritized Abhir over Roohi. That's not a false narrative, that's just what the truth is

People can have two kids and give both of them attention and love and that does not mean they don't care about one.

The simple fact is that Abhir came into his life after six years and he wanted to make up for lost time. It would be an issue if Ruhi were affected, and when she was and she got jealous he explained things to her and gave her the power to decide - something none of the other parents have done. She understood and accepted Abhir as her brother and also accepted that he can have a unique relationship with her poppy. When Abhi went to Kasauli he talked to Ruhi everyday ( it is shown). When Abhir came in Birla house, nothing on Ruhi's end changed for Abhi. He still put both of them to sleep, took both of them to school, etc.

There is no evidence for Abhi prioritizing Abhir over Ruhi. No indication that even once he has thought about anything like that. Arohi and Ak have, but their selfish thoughts cannot be taken as truth.

Only one time where Abhi might have failed Ruhi was not realizing that she was jealous of Abhir - which he resolved in a mature manner. So where is he caring more for Abhir?

I don't see his love being equal for Abhir and Roohi to be same. He treats his khoon ka rishta more possessively than caring for Roohi and there has been multiple instances proving the same.

He still hasn't changed much. Roohi is just his promise and now (unwanted) responsibility. He is definitely not a good father so far from what I have seen in the show.

And he is right when he says he 'Tries' to give love... But fails... Fails miserably... And ends up hurting everyone. It's better that he stays away from people he claims to love. 😆

Abhimanyu is the one Abhir went to with all his wishes and problems. Ruhi too shares everything first with her Poppy. Why would any kid do that if they are being neglected? If Abhimanyu had ignored her - would she be taking a stand for him so strongly! There’s no merit to this argument in my opinion.

In fact it’s laughable that in today’s episode Akshara seems concerned for Ruhi while she has never bothered about her till now!

Ruhi is his brother's daughter, and from the beginning she belongs more to Arohi than to him. That has been obvious and he has respected that, like anyone should. With Abhir, he has lost time that he should have had. Abhir is his son, he was supposed to have the father son relationship that he did not get. Ruhi is not his daughter, she was supposed to have her father-daughter relationship with Neil that she did not get. Its not so much about what is, but more about what could have been.

Abhi has not shown any possessiveness for Abhir. He accepts that this is what has happened and Abhir has his mumma papa who he loves and everything. But what could have been still hurts. Same like what could have been hurts for Ruhi cause she deserved to know Neil.

And he has been an amazing father. I don't want to argue about that, because this post is not about that.

Forgot to add one more point. Ruhi got a choice to decide if she is OK with Abhir or not. But Dr. Birla would always decide for people he loves - Akshara and Abhir. He always dictated Akshara on what she should and should not do. Same would have gone for Abhir had he not run away 😆. Dr. Birla is quite selfish, you know!

Not even once he cared to know which papa does Abhir want to stay with. When Abhir made his choice clear, he was rude to him for not choosing the center of universe. 😭

Bechari Roohi if she still considers him her Poppy. Hope she and Abhir gets better person as her papa. Both kids deserve better.

What’s new in this ..this started from the day he found out about his Khoon ka ristha Abhir. He and his mom prioritises only their khoon . Forget about Khoon as soon as he saw Ak he forgot his promises he made Ruhi to become her papa and asked Ak to forget about everyone and confessed his love for her.

He ignored her for Abhir during that summer camp and made her feel unwanted. Poor Ruhi still understood and accepted when she got to know that Abhir is her poppy’s son.

When Abhir rejected him and choose his parents over him he got drunk and was ready to end his life ..if he ever truly loved Ruhi the same way he did Abhir he would never even think of killing himself.
I just watched the clip of Abhir n Ruhi .poor kids are going through so much because of one man. Ruhi the cutie pie unconditionally love this man but only if he could love her back the same way 💔!
Am glad Abhir n Ruhi r not like his dadda /poppy n Dida in this matter they don’t love ppl on Khoon ki basis. Kids only care for emotions not blood relations.

From last 6yrs Ruhi was his happiness toy and now when he found about Abhir he instantly became his happiness toy 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is so heartwarming to read. Yep, these kids are amazing but unfortunately poppy/dadda and dida only give them sadness.

even in jail that gut feeling that someone is in trouble he didn’t even remember roohi but this little one fighting against everyone for her poppy…what a great poppy she got
