Point is not that. Vicky could be the most untalented little hamster in the world. He's still not a nepo baby. He had access, and he worked hard. He became successful.

Anupama was doing him dirty by equating him to actual nepo babies who got professionally curated careers.

Agreed but the reason he became successful is because that he is more talented then a lot of nepo babies. Talent and hard work is required to be successful. Or else how did he get ahead of nepo kids with all the best roles being handed to them on a platter. Hard work alone could not have made the difference.

I did not laugh at that. You def took it that way. I said your opinion is in the minority. Therefore one subjective opinion alone can not prove anything. But honestly Jhanvi doing good in a movie is laughable. Many would agree That is my opinion And no pointing out my lack of accurate google searching and getting personal on the defensive is going to change that.

Great deal of diversion making it all about who's talented because talent is of course subjective. Nepotism is not. BW insiders are doing this on purpose to make their actual nepo products look good by pointing to Vicky while at the same time bringing down the value of his own hard work.

But I give up.smiley36

Karthik Aryan

Deepika

Anushka

Katrina Kaif

Siddharth Malhotra

Akshay Kumar

So many...

Point of the thread was calling Vicky a nepo baby was a deliberate attempt to conflate access with nepotism and make the nepo products appear benign and make Vicky look less self-made.

Not really talent is not subjective. There wouldn't be acting schools. There wouldn't be auditions. If talent could be subjective then an industry ruled by nepotism would still be making money.

I mentioned all sorts of details about who got big roles on a platter. And who worked there way up from small budget films and side roles. It got diverted when a person took their opinion is not a truth carved in stone personally and got on the defensive.

Kartik Aryan is still better and more confident in front of the camera then the likes of Jhanvi and Ananya.

Deepika is far bettter looking then the nepo products so is Katrina. Katrina is talented in dancing. I thought Anushka was a good actress. Sidharth is also good looking. Akshay Kumar also had looks in his youth and other talent amongst being trained in martial arts.

Anupama should not be allowed to interview these people. She’s elitist and well insert several derogatory females names 😆😆

An if this thread took a weird turn just remember it could’ve been avoided if you only treated Anupama like I do. Just skip to next video when it comes recommended on YT

While you opinion is also not the truth carved in stone. And it was not the consensus. Most people thought she sucked ass in that movie. Was the most expressionless actress in that movie. Regardless of how on the defensive you get and pointing out when i didn't take the time to read shortlists.
