Ironically all u people that u have counted have died at birla hospital except for Sirat so not Akshu but Birla hospital is manhoos ke joh wahan ata hai mar ke hi wapis ata hai..So for Mr Birla divorce dena n ussi lady ko propose karna bhi to maaf hai so why talk about Akshu only ? Female lead to useless hai hi saath mein Male lead bhi kum nahi ..Divorce n engagement expert woh bhi 2 sisters ke sath 🤣 What a character Mr Birla has..always confused about which sister he wants but always ends up getting engage to another one 🤪

I can rant about Birla Hospital like forever!! Can I?? Is this the right thread... wait... Yes, this is the frustration thread...

Do we know which hospital did Sirat die in? I wanna assume it was Birla...

But they couldn't save Anisha, they couldn't save Neil, they misinformed Akshara about her miscarriage (Kaise? How the hell did they not realize that one baby was alive?), Arohi was injured with shock in Birla hospital and Computer blasted in Birla hospital...

Seems like that place has only ONE qualified doctor, baaki saare doctors kaise hire kiye hai? And that one doctor is all in one, heart surgen to music therpaist to butter knife operator to everything!!!
