Khalnayak might work as there can be a story with Jackie chasing Sanjay again. Ram Lakhan is tricky IMO because Lakhan realized the error of his ways and brothers united and everyone lived happily ever after.

Was Khalnayak and Ram Lakhan as big brothers g hits with as much hype and mass popularity as Gadar? That’s the important question.

Depends upon if the tier 2 &3 audiences will get on the board.Lagaan can work. The story can continue with the original cast showing their journey fighting the white atrocities .

With a new director, no. Raju Hirani is the main behind the scenes hero of Munnabhai. Not to take anything away from Sanjay and Arshad because they’re an irreplaceable duo. But Hirani is needed as well.

300cr? It is very much possible with the above 3.

You could do a gen 2 for Ram Lakhan with Jackie/Anil + Tiger/Harsh as their respective sons. Maybe one of the sons gets wayward and they have to bring him on track. Add Dimple and Madhuri for nostalgia too.
