yeah watches was one of first business by Shanti Prasad started in a small store, but over years when they digressed & diversified into many sectors, watches unit was shut down several years back by Mahajan group.😛

There r many luxury brands so i dont think thats the issue.. maybe they wanted to make it big not like any other business
