Abhinav decided to drink, go and happy dance all by himself so no one else but him is responsible for his conditions.

Many times my friends have gifted me a bottle of wine too. Infact Abhi gifted the local alcohol that Nav liked. Something Nav introduced to Abhi during first Kasauli trip. So i personally don't think that's something to be blamed for or saazish anything

Abhinav decided to roam and chill around/near cliff himself. He should have stayed seated in the bench.

Any adult decided to drink and then loosing senses like it was shown for Nav is on himself not on anyone else.

Now precap I think Muskan behaviour is worst no matter what that's no way to treat a on duty doctor.

Because of her now Nav will not get the treatment on time

Many many Doctors off duty buy and enjoy alcohol in moderate amount. Selling with licence and buying if you are of age and drinking in an isolated place isn't a crime in India. Hence, licence cancel toh nahi hoga is baat par 🤣
