Wasn’t the marriage real, at least they should’ve respected the bond. If you think of it as open marriage, it makes it even more disgusting and they should never be shown to fall in love. I hated the whole concept of this in BALH. If they wanted this plot badly, they should’ve never brought it in the form of BALH where Ram and Priya’s character never matched this concept…
How is this EMA or two timer etc when both are in a contract marriage where priya know about the affair?! Isn’t this kind of an open marriage ?!!!
I need to go back and continue this show. I agree there are no OTT drama in that show.Originally posted by: Loving2Missing2
So very true! If this was known to be a limited finite series, Ek shouldn't have resorted to making Ram's almost entire family villains...... Instead, they could just focus on two people understanding the falsity of their own relations and then finding true love with each other.
Even I watch Yunhi and enjoy it hugely. Dawood and Kim's love confession yesterday came so beautifully with no OTT drama. I genuinely liked it.
Its not finished yet… so if you want to watch it fully, I would suggest waiting a couple of weeks since it is one episode a week.

First of all, priya knows about the GF of ram, so there is no cheating or EMA until the marriage becomes real, both acknowledge it and want to be exclusive.
Yes it might be disgusting, but since both the parties have no issue, we are not in a place to judge them. In case of an open marriage in real life (I don’t agree with it) they just have physical relationships outside marriage while they are much in love with each other.
I agree the concept is not acceptable for BALH. But I wasn’t concerned with that. In this thread, people are left and right, accusing Ram for EMA.
In the show, Ram already has said his gf to maintain a distance till the contract ends. So I don’t think Ram has done anything wrong particular to this matter.

Some of these shows from our neighbors, always remind me of old Doordarshan days
Yes, they indeed have some great content.

Let’s gracefully agree to disagree about our opinions. For me, any relationship happening outside marriage is EMA. Here he was taking advantage of Priya’s vulnerability to coerce her into contract marriage where it was win-win situation for Ram as he got a free pass to do everything just because he told Priya about his GF before marriage. The way Ram treated Priya, who was actually helping him was so disrespectful and insulting. He let Priya get insulted not just by him but also by his near and dear ones. So it’s not him having a GF on the side, it was his behavior as well that made him so unrootable. He asked his GF to stay way, but the next min, he was conspiring with her to make Priya hated by his mom…He never strongly stood for Priya nor he strongly asked his GF to stay away for 3 months. Ram was unrootable not just because of his open relationship, but the way he treated Priya and her family. He should never have shown giving fake promises to Priya’s family…. There is no way Ram’s character can be justified according to me. His behavior towards everyone except his close ones was a huge put off.

I couldn’t fully root for Priya either as she was shown to lie for no particular reason, was shown losing her identity by letting people disrespect and walk over her, making her agree to every unreasonable demands they put on the table. In short they made Priya a door mat. BTW, these are my opinions and I respect that you and many others have your own.✌🏽
