What is this scene even trying to say?

even if intoxicated by alcohol, why would they go in the direction of kuchi kuchi ku? It just says they are attracted to eo. Bus. How does it establish ki wo Dono ek dusre ko balh? 🧐

This could happen with anyone, in that sense nahi?….

Take priya out, keep someone else, Ram would have been compromised...

Take ram out, keep someone else, Pri would have been compromised…

but it Is suddenly acceptable coz it is raya here? Coz they are the endgame? Why? 😒

The entire moment is coz of intoxication…. Not intention is what I am seeing and interpreting.

P.S. this is opinion only…I didn’t complete the series yet, if I overlooked/not looked anything let me know.

Nope, it's because disha is pregnant and she can't shoot anymore. Both nakuul and disha need breaks and this show from the start was always meant to be a short one with 3 months of story. Show launch karne se pehle hi inn logo ne keh diya tha ki it will be a short show with finite episodes.

This is a pucca commercial and very sane decision.

Where the Audience will get their raya/nasha, the channel will get it’s trp while it runs, PH gets it’s slot. The actors their dues and time off later.

But it's so strange that they created so many characters, so many angles, so many people plotting when they knew it was a finite series... Everything basically goes unresolved... Ex bf, current gf, greedy relatives, ill mother, office issues etc etc

They should have just focused on raya and developed a good love story instead of this 2 minute maggi love story

it won’t even matter if Disha was not pregnant yaar, It is a FINITE series, from the start, there was no scope for them to continue it longer… It just helped Disha coz she gets break after this… but the season was never short coz of her pregnancy.

ek strategically did this… jo bhi ho, he/she deserves a raise.

In that sense I think sid, that they would have gone the typical no one else than you route, if there would be someone else other than priya/ram. For example, when this scene started, kriti was there, and ram was drinking, but he was only talking about priya...he did not say a word abt kriti. So this is an example of what happens, in order to establish that the leads lose themselves onky when they are with each other, intoxicated. When with someone else other than them, they behave sanely or don't cross the line.

For more, if you remember s2, when priya was drunk on ram's bday, and neeraj came home to drop her, she made him sit, and talked to him onky about ram and nothing else. Similarly there was a scene where Ram was intoxicated whilst with vedika but he only talked about priya.

So these are to show that when intoxicated, the leads show their inner feelings, which is their love for each other, even if they are in front of someone else. And if they are intoxicated whilst with each other, only then do they cross a line.
