1. Needed to win custody for Abhir even to know that Abhi is his birth father.

2. If backed out from custody, Abhir would likely never know/ know later in life/ might have asked why you didn't tell me etc

3. If he gave up midway like after winning custody - he has to declare legally that he cannot take his own son's responsibility. This ensures he will never be able to fight for it or demand any rights on Abhir.

4. Fighting for someone you love is not a bad thing, even if they don't love you back at least you fought for them. That is the entire basis of Abhi as a character. If you don't agree with that, its your opinion, but its not a bad thing.

He obviously knew Abhir won't be happy without his parents, he said that many times. But after he got custody, he wanted to try coparenting at least. Which also he did not get to do.

I happen to be a neutral viewer rarely comment here but the whole situation &opinion has made me

I feel things got messed up with too much interference by families (specially manju) ak lying to abhir regarding being a burden on them financially didn't help either.

Everything was handled carelessly by everyone &in this abhir suffered

Abhimanyu, ak, abhinav were trying to co-parent abhir in kasauli but family interference (manju &bp) lead to custody &neither of the parents had a say in it

When abhimanyu won the custody abhinav &ak ideally should have called abhimanyu &spoken to abhir about the whole thing assured him that nothing changes &all 3 will have as much involvement in his life as it was before that way transition for abhir to a new house &environment would have been smooth instead ak &abhinav decided to traumatise abhir into believing that he's unwanted this resulted in him shutting himself up completely

Also once in BH(after the blunder by ak&abhinav)abhimanyu should have been actively involved with abhir asked manju to stop with her interference made sure ak spends equal amount of time with abhir regularly leading to a smooth transition instead manju made things worse by not letting abhir go on weekends, hiding his school progress, cancelling visitation rights making things worse for abhir &this lead to him running away

So all in all if abhimanyu had kept manju away from interfering, ak had been honest with abhir regarding why he should live with abhimanyu things wouldn't have been this way basically family &3rd person involvement messed up everything now with the upcoming death of abhinav abhira should stay separately so that no issues are created by these family members they're the ones responsible for things going wrong &it's not something post leap this has been a trend from preleap post marriage itself

Exactly he gave up on abhir because abhir basically threatened to run away again if he stays in BH…..he didn’t have choice other than to return him back…..how he became mahaan here…..even ak has given up on abhir to abhim but she was bashed badly(I know her technique is wrong but not intention)y abhim is sympathised

Regarding staying away....i don't want Abhir to stay away from Akshara.....Abhimanyu from the beginning never ran away from facing situations

Its Ak trait.....but it will hamper Abhir in a big way

So he got terrified and gave Abhir.....Akshara jam thi kya...jo yeh bhi aaya

Can the Sharmas now collect their sharam and leave, run away, or vanish for good or like besharams they are extending their stay at Goenkas.

Don't the Sharmas need to look after their jam making/ home stay and legal business. Never know on the way back Ak mam will want to explore some other career opportunities.

Common she is not that " bad " like people make her out

" humiliation " is difficult to forget esp at the hand of person whom a woman love the most !

Physical harms and pain people will forget , but not the way " some one made a person feel" is difficult to forget !

AbhiM's anger if Abhir inherit which way it is going to help him! Anybperson should learn to accept " No" that is important too!

Uncontrolled anger can destroy relationships s !, married couple , they must take decision without interference from the parents or any one !

Both AbhiM and Akshu failed in it , AbhiN never had a family

I have told the same things few times and not interested explain further , this is what I think , my opinion...
