I will say that the last 7 months was the most interesting that the current season will ever be (and I did watch the season from the beginning and had stopped briefly during the first leap). And thanks to DKP for giving a proper closure for the Kasauli family. This is the best ending they can have considering the unavoidable impending death.

House of cards did come crashing down. The only reason it is still standing is because Abhimanyu is a better person than Sharmas not because it was built on strong foundation.

Whose pain, tears and anguish? Akshara’s? Because in the show, Sharma family was built after Abhimanyu Birla mercilessly divorced his miscarried wife, didn't bother to listen to her and never tried to find out why a stranger called regarding his ex wife. So you are right.. the family was built on Akshara’s pain, tears and anguish. Still managed to stay strong and together no matter how many obstacles, how many misfortunes came in the way.

A family of lies, house of cards, superficial relationship strong for 6 long years. And finally it took death to separate them. Wonder what happened to eternal love.. it could not even last for a year. Crumbled under misunderstandings, mistrust and anger issues. So anyday the "superficial" relationship is better and stronger.
