That clown would be me as I have not learnt car driving yet to drive alone 😆(also assume my brother/dad are sleeping/busy to drop me in their car, I didn't get cab, I didn't get driver)

In AU If I assume I learnt car driving and driving alone, then I would be happily give lift to him as he is looking funny, cute and mostly harmless.

I would not know why he is there because I wouldn't stop, but I would call the police and tell them that there is a clown with balloons who may need help...
