Yes. I don’t watch Bengali shows. Too much hassle to read subtitles. Easy to watch Marathi show instead. Hero’s name in swabhiman was Shantanu.

I check once in a while but so far it’s exact copy of a Marathi show which I followed once in a while. They have zero imagination/ creativity. There hero was Shantanu & here hero’s dad. I am not finding anything new or exciting in the story. Feels like show has fallen back 50 years rather than leap of 15. No explanation why Harini changed so much? Just to fit the story they have forgotten ghum 1.0 except Sai Virat.

I liked Shakti in one of the shows. But I am so far disappointed by him. Or I should say I am spoiled by Neil’s acting. I like Neil’s style of acting with nuances. Shakti may be more popular & well known. I never knew about Neil before ghum. So it’s my personal unbiased opinion

Bhavika is good. Actor who plays Harini is good. Bhosles are bore. Bhavani’s character too is unrelatable. So is Ashwini & Ninad being scared of her & unable to stand up to her for their granddaughter esp knowing Virat’s wishes for her. Ashwini stood up for her gfn fake bahu why not Savi? Actor playing Harini is good but Harini who is a rich famous doctors daughter who could afford sending her to prep school was going to college, not being able to survive on her own is unbelievable. Also she is at least 10-12 year older than Vinu & Savi. Has to be around 32. She could have worked & supported this family for last 10 out of 14 years if Pulkit konked right after Sairat.

The actress playing Harini told in an interview that she has played negative characters earlier and she's happy to play a positive character here.

She is good but her character has no connection with older harini. That’s the problem with story post leap. There is no continuation or connection with s1. Only Savi is kind of same. Vinu & Harini are changed completely to suit whatever show they are copied from.old Harini staying in abusive relationship is unbelievable & so can’t feel for her as original story character. In Marathi show you feel bad for her.

Yes and n ghum apart from the ones n the montage others hardly get dialogues or any side story.
