The sheer dumbness. His biological dad is alive. But Angad Sahiba are arguing over whether Simran should live with Brars.

I am guessing ultimately Angad melts due to all moments with Simran but who is he to throw her out? Legally, morally, biologically he has no right.

Even Inder cannot give her to an orphanage. Only Simran can decide if her parents are not treating her right.

What sahi? He can throw his dad out agar itna gussa hai toh. Manveer is not willing to divorce Inder but throwing the kid to orphanage and Angad after listening to all complaints about how Simran is mistreated in orphanage, is giving her up to orphanage.
