Shemaroo. Was a company that had rights to certain movies. Quite well known in the cable era (not DTH) in Mumbai.

Looks like they've got a channel now too, although I haven't seen it on my DTH yet 😲

Wiki also seems to suggest they have rights to old Star/Star One shows.
