I don't know if the movie is outdated or perfectly dated given the political environment today.

But doesn't look interesting enough to shell out money to watxh it.

This doesn't look good, as others have said it looks outdated and a rehash of the first movie, they have even remade the songs. It mostly going to be violence and trying to stir up patriotic sentiments, but I dont think thd story is going to be strong

Man...I was so excited after the teaser....but this is absolutely trash. Almost like it's a parody of the Original. Gadar was a Big project with a massive budget but this looks cheap from the dialogues to the action sequences. If Sunny Deol can't pull off a jingoistic dialogue, you know it's crap.

Directors wet dream to relaunch his son. Ruined a Classic in the process. Sunny shouldve never done it. Disaster!

Missing the subtlety of Amrish Puri. He being Sakeena’s dad , his love for her and the beautiful way he performed the character- played a huge part in making Gadar what it was.

gadar 1 itself was a small film but it got superhit on box office ...the budget was only 19 crore , gadar 2 buget is 100 crore

It was the fourth most expensive film made at that time. Only Raju Chacha, Jeans & Lagaan had bigger budgets before Gadar. It was a massive production for that time. In 2023 it would be a 250 cr budget film.
