Determined to get rid of my pain (Practicing physiotherapy, Surya Namarskar, Walking at home, Vajra Aasan along with two time Diabetic pills (earlier only one time)).Hope will overcome pain soon.
As for Rains its down pour since last few days and our state is immersed in water with all the lakes and rivers overflowing. All thanks to Humans and their greed.
