Watching this weeks show just made me realise that the Choreographer is a big limiting factor for the contestants this season.

Akshay was a rockstar this week! Loved Boogie and Shubranil as well especially the saaya part. Saw a different side of Vipul, Samarpan and Hansvi and could see their hardwork. But the choreography for Hansvi was so average. Couldn't understand what was so genius about it. Was very similar to Vaibhav and Rutujas act in S1. Do not understand how Boogie and Hansvi have the same marks 🤦‍♀️

Some portions of Anikets act were really cool, the choice of the song was 🤢. Anjali was brilliant as well, esp the song choice, the stage and props were very intelligent by Karthik. Now, I can't understand why Karthik wouldn't use this kind of fast footwork, fun, full out dancing acts for Aniket. I really wish we got to see Tushar and Aniket 🥲. Will have to make do with watching the Jaanam samjha karo clip on loop..

Sushmita and Shivam's acts were really difficult to watch. I don't understand how Shivam was scored only for dancing and not choreography and for Sushmita's act they didn't mention that. She was completely limited by the mediocre choreography as well.

Shivanshu and Bhavna's chemistry was horrible. I don't know what she was doing in this act. I also don't understand how they got 30. This is so gimmicky.. everytime he attempts new stunts with his chakkars and that matters more than the rest of the act and the dancing. The scoring is bizzare this season.

After writing all this I realised we have been through so much this season.. so many episodes, eliminations and drama.. and somehow we still have 11 contestants. When are we ever going to finish! 🙈

Next week's theme is "Andaaz Undekha". 😎 And Karishma Kapoor is gonna make an appearance.

The thing is the new set of choreographers are plain lazy, they are not in the show to bring something new, they are here to just have fun at the contestant's expense and just do smart lazy choreography. I think even the channel creatives and the judges know by now that they are all working out of compulsion because the old set of choreographers left otherwise who will explain the judges continuously praising the choreographers without any reason in the middle of the show but when it comes to marks, them going bizzare. They fake laugh in the gaggy acts because they know the standards have fallen so bad that they have to compensate by overpraising the contestants and choreographers for the simplest of performances. They were very strict when the old set of choreographers were there.

Vaibhav, Amardeep and Vivek are only going after comedy or theatrics to cover up their shortcomings in the choreographies. What the hell was that choreography on Munni Badnaam and whatever the hell Amardeep did with Sushmita? As a choreographer you're supposed to make the choreography according to the contestant's style. Hansvi tried her best and it showed but she was struggling with the lifts. But as usual Vaibhav just peppered the whole act with kamedy and confetti and the judges started laughing like a robot. I still can't believe Amardeep even choreographed such a horrible piece for Sushmita. Matlab kya tha woh? Vivek just copied and pasted his Pushpa act from DID Supermoms here. He smartly did many theatrics as usual and used the makeup again to cover up the shortcomings in his choreography.

WHAT ON EARTH DID RUTUJA CHOREOGRAPH FOR SHIVAM??? What the hell was that? Geeta rightly pointed out that she was just dancing for herself, that's such a selfish thing to do. You are supposed to make your contestant the point of focus and not make him a supporting actor. For all that we used to tell about Sonali and her unnecessary hyper energy, she never compromised on Shivam's dancing skills and always choreographed in a way that we see Shivam and his dancing. And now both Vaibhav and Rutuja has reduced him to just another plain dancer. Geeta however was so partial. If she could've given low marks to Sushmita because of the choreographer then why not Shivam? Like Robz said they deserved nothing more than 20. Almost the whole adla badli was a mess. Honestly at this point I would prefer them to convert IBD into a solo and duo show and just watch the contestants dance than see the choreographers dancing just for the sake of it.

I'm mostly disappointed for Shivanshu. They have turned his skill set into a selling point and it looks like they are only choreographing him in a way that the chakkars are the main attraction and not the overall performance. First Vivek and now Bhavana. Once again WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?? Bhavana murdered such a beautiful song with that weird choreography, I lost it when they started going round as a pinwheel in the middle. I mean you're enacting a king and queen what's with that step?😆 Can you imagine they even didn't leave a Kathak dancer from getting injured because of the stunts and the continuous chakkars lol. It was a bad performance and did not deserve 30 at all. I didn't even watch Aniket's performance after looking at those fake rabbit teeth and glasses. I knew they would again indulge in kamedy.

The only performances I loved were Akshay, the boy KILLED IT!! Thanks to Soumya after a long time felt I was watching Akshay and Vartika like before. He was fantastic. Same with Anjali, she was AMAZING! The seamless and clean footwork took my heart away. Like you said why can't Kartik do something similar with Aniket? No one knows. I was also impressed with Debparna's contortions but again there was hardly any dance. Sadhwi did something similar in season 1 but there was so much dance involved. She should've been taken for IGT while Norbu should've stayed for IBD.
