The writers have no consistency in writing. The writers showed that Abhi was more involved in Ruhis education, daily needs annd everything. Arohi thanked him for taking care of Ruhi while she got to focus on her career. He was the one who went to all the PTA meetings, Arohi never went. So how is that now his own son came into the house and now he has emergency hospital meetings, his mom has to be the one to pick up Abhir from school. If Abhi can take a month from work and go to Kasauli just to be with his son, then he can be very much involved in his son’s life when his son is living with him.
if writer’s are trying to show that Abhi can’t balance work and Abhir being in his life- it doesn’t make sense- he was able to balance work and Ruhi just fine?

Like this changing of scenarios is ridiculous.

Also Akshara just got an internship, she needs the income to fight her son’s custody- remember financial stability?

Like why would she go to Kausali when she just got a new job offer?

I am thinking whether they will reach Kasauli or the writer will send them to Kualalampur.

With so much empowerment Akshara will win custody of Abhir and not only that the courts should order that Ruhi should immediately be removed from Birla environment and Abhinav should become Ruhi's new poppy.

Abhinav is the only one capable of being a caring supportive partner and father.
