I think he was talking about the tone not exactly the word.. seems like he felt mutual respect towards abhishek.. and he felt disrespected by the tone he talked to him..

abhishek jitna beech me tok raha tha avinash ki jagah koi aur hota na toh kabhi zindagi me solve na hota..
