I came to learn the language at 15/ 16 years old when I came back to watch itv shows. Pehle bachpan mein French translated show dekhti ti and I hated the dubbing toh jab wapass dekha toh I begin to watch them without subtitles and dheere dheere hindi sikhli maine woh bhi sun sun khe. It's a God's gift, I believe. Toh hindi mein zaroor baat kijiye jab nahin samajh ayega mein puchlunngi.
I understand and can talk easily bass aapke Sanskrit (if I'm not wrong with the word for your proper alphabet) nahin padh sakti.

YHM half chodh diya tah, Naagin bhi dekha maine bass last season nahin dekha idk but couldn't watch it, KKB bhi bass after they separated Abhigya before Kiara beech beech dekha phir chodh di, KDB beginning dekha jab dekha khe 100/200 eps mein main lead kha shaadi nahin hua, I left too. Kasauti 2 also when Hina Khan left for Cannes wahan bhi chodh di.
Ekta Ma'am ho ya koi aur I can't watch long-lasting shows on itv without "skip-watching" it ya usse beech mein chodh deti hoon.

-Recently watched my first K-D I can tell you that the only word I learn is hello and really, bass aage nahin aya. It's a bit difficult.
-Acha. Pure Hindi is beautiful one of my favs shows joh completely dekha was Bharat Kha Veer Putr Maharana Pratap because of Rajahree Thakur Ma'am and honestly story samajh aya but the language they used Bapre. Took me time to understand some words meaning, but bohot acha laaga.

Brief aside
Honestly, that is why I wish that Itv revise its way to shoot and go with Finite shows but nahin hoga kabhi nahin hoga. I pity the actors who work hard kyunki schedule-wise it's too hectic and writers bhi. Daily shoot karna woh bhi for unknown time is next level, only in India, I noticed this.

Yeah..for historicals and mythologies they use pure Hindi language. And words too differ from normal ITV shows.
Korean is atleast somewhat easy. If you are vivid watcher you get phrases and words and can understand. But for understanding completely and without subtitles it takes time and effort to learn the language. 🙏🙏 That is the difficult part. Now with Netflix and other platforms every k-d is subtitled. So we won't hav any prblm.
