I think it's been done deliberately as makers want to focus on the toxicity of the birlas. Like they did it with abhinav vs abhimanyu . They wanna stress on the upbringing which sharmas were giving vs birlas ..

Ek toh saara ka saara khadan hi pagal hai upar se they're blaming akshara for creating a scene? how different is it in your Birla khandan manjari whatever ? Sach yahi hai k sane insaan dhang se baat krta coz uske chilane se custody nahi mil jaayegi.

Bhai bura lagta hain knowing that the other kid did it deliberately and their own parents aren't hearing him.

As far as I remember financials were one of the top reason to loose custody but no one seems to work on it 🤣
