Abhi loving Ak is the basis of his character. Even I being Abhira fan, find it annoying cause she literally doesn't care about him anymore, and she mostly didn't care about his feelings even when they were together.

But the fact is that he loves her. Beyond all reasons, beyond everything. So what is the point of discussing this?

There is no really off switch for love. You can move on, yes, and we have seen that he has tried to do that extensively. Beyond that what more can he do?

I am syre he'd have taken it well if Akshu had a college boyfriend who "loved her beyond reason" to the point that he prosposed to her, to him to leave her, then for his mother to propose to him to leave her for her son's perfect family while she was married to him.

Yes there is no switch off button for love but the most important, essential thing in romantic love is consent lol.
