And I find it too funny that this same Mahima who considered Parth a maha NIKAMMA is now fighting for his so called "rights"

No, Shefali hasn't forgiven Parth....she just doesn't consider it ethical or logical to randomly decide another father for her kid. Its about her own personal ethics than having anything to do with Parth.
