Also, did they even give her a chance to apologise. After Neil's death and her miscarriage she hardly got any chance to speak. Manjari was on full on drama that day. Abhimanyu wasn't willing to listen to her and she just had gone through a miscarriage and lost her brother in law she loved like her own brother. She is also grieving. She needed time to recover. And then she would have apologised. I am sure she would have fallen on Manjari's feet and cried based on Akshara's character.

But she wasn't given that chance. She wasn't even given the basic human courtesy rest physically or the needed medical attention after her miscarriage. Instead she was thrown out of the house in her devastating state without anyone wanting to listen to her. Not letting her say a single word. Not even letting her say goodbye to Neil and apologise to him.

Or may be they prefer washing akshu with hands than using ultra max pro washing maching.

I support Nirma

If Mrs Sharma apologises it will show she has some empathy left na. So why will they show? It needs character, integrity and human decency to own up to mistakes one does and Mrs Sharma has neither of these. She likes it when ppl grovel in front of her but she’ll never apologise even after making a family go through trauma of 3 deaths. Her character was seen after Manjiri’s accident itself. What audacity hats off - when Abhimanyu asked didn’t u feel bad after her accident? - she said no my guilt had gone away because i told u truth. No apology to person who almost died. No apology to Abhimanyu and Birla family. She got whitewashed solely because she told Abhimanyu truth. So I’m not surprised she isn’t apologising for Neil and 1 twins death. She lacks basic human decency and her heart is too small to accept that she can ever be at fault for anything.
