Akshara, too, has the option to reopen the case or pursue legal action against the Birlas due to the chaotic environment and impulsive behavior witnessed by her in the latest episode.I dont think such an environment is right for a child to grow up.

Get proof any person who has just lost the case will claim such things. And don't trust Mahima she will deal with Manjari and change the party.

Manjari was not the most peaceful and calm when Akshara entered Birla House. She was throwing and tearing book covers with angry expressions. This behavior serves as evidence, and given the character traits of the Birla members, one can expect more instances like this in the future.

Akshara had a clear motive when she entered the house: to secretly record Manjari’s drama. Drama and Birla House seem to go hand in hand. She intends to keep visiting the house uninvited for future evidence, just as Abhimanyu repeatedly visited Akshara's home without an invitation.

That's your assumptions again. As per the show Abhimanyu holds the sole custody and Akshara have visitation rights on weekends with his consent so he can stop her if he wants. He is not that's a different case but if he wants he can.

Whereas when Abhi was visiting that was not the case

Her sole intention was to give the shoes to her son on the first day of school to prevent him from experiencing shoe bites. She had no plans to linger at the Birla house and enjoy tea. Manjari should display some empathy towards Akshara and Abhir. If a mother often witnesses such chaos and unrest in a house where her son resides, she might seek legal assistance.

Haan toh she should but the first question a smart lawyer will ask why are you visiting daily. Let the bacha settle properly.

Why expect anything from Manjari at all is the question
