What I liked about Altamash is he is grey

He isn't fully black

His parents are also the reason

He does like rutba

Altamash and Rutbas feelings for each other is genuine

But he is brainwashed by his parents and as they say Pyaar se pet Nahin Bharta

Thanks. Missed you guys 😊

I took a break from the forum. I am back right now. Enjoying this show. Its well written. Although wish it had better director and cast. Annoyed by rutba right now. But her rude behaviour will haunt her back. I liked the scene where Jamal shah taunt his sister. Rarely we get such sensible father.

I have soft corner for Rutba. I like to see flawed female lead characters on screen. From the drama, Rutba is a first year University student. So it makes her 18 or 19 years old. She is a protected child who is pampered by her father. Considering her age and her upbringing, I understand her behavior. She liked Altamash from a very young age and dreamed about her marriage with him. And she got married to him. And suddenly one day she got divorced. She might have not expected this even in her dreams. She lost the person she liked very much in few minutes. And she gets to know from her father that her marriage is fixed with Khursheed, whom she dislikes. She needs some time to accept what happened.

I know Khursheed is a good person. But practically speaking, Rutba and Khursheed's personalities are different and their status is different. Rutba is a good person but she has the dislike towards Khursheed because of the constant comparison with him by her father and also because of her aunts' brainwashing. And also she lived a comfortable life all her life but getting married to Khursheed she has to face the problems with him. I know Mehr Ali considers Khursheed a good match for Rutba but from the financial and personality point of view, he is not a good match for Rutba. From my understanding, Rutba needs a person who expresses his love to her and who takes her out but Khursheed is a serious person who likes to talk about serious matters and thinks about building a life for him. I don't want the makers to show Rutba wrong in all the things and Khursheed right in all the things. I want to see Rutba's good side too. I want to see Khursheed making mistakes too. I like the scene where Rutba keeps her mother's jewellery back. I get to see Rutba missing her mother and wanting to share her problems with her mother. Hope to see something nice from Rutba in the upcoming episodes.

Hmm yeah. She isn't perfect and thats what I like about her. We rarely see imperfect female leads.

Its just that Hiba has matured face that she feels matured.

I want to know your view regarding this. In Episode 11, Khursheed remembered Rutba's words about him being greedy about her father's wealth and that's why he wanted to marry her and then she said even Altamash's servant was better than him. And he cried. Why do you think he cried? Was it because he felt bad about what she said or was it because he felt bad that she thought of him as a greedy person and an unworthy person?

Most likely he felt bad and was hurt. He definitely has feelings but he knows expectations will likely bring more heartbreak thats why he usually keeps his feeling in his heary and doesn't show them.

I would want to know to what extent he has feelings for Rutba. He has liking for her but is it like just liking or more than liking? I have clear idea of what Rutba is doing and why she is doing that. But I want clarity from Khursheed about his feelings for Rutba. Did he marry her just for the sake of his uncle like he said or is it because of both for his uncle's sake and also for his feelings which he kept to himself?
